In furtherance to my earlier mail , I would like to put on record that Inspite of there being clarification email from me, your office proceeded to deactivated services to my aforesaid mobile on Friday, and thereafter restored the same on Saturday and deactivated it again on Sunday. This is unethical especially when I call upon you to furnish me details and particulars substantiating your alleged claim, and you instead of submitting justifiable explanation and proof adhere to illegal act of deactivating my services. This is clear cut extortion. You cannot force me to pay any amount which is not due and payable for services not availed by me. You will have to satisfactorily prove the claim for recovering the same. Your action of illegal deactivating my services is not justifiable. However before taking any legal recourse (including publishing your illegal action in media) , as a last opportunity, I would call you as under

a) to restore services to my aforesaid cell number within 24 hours from receipt of this email.
b) to provide me all details and particulars of alleged claim together with supportive documentary proof.

I have always shown my readiness and willingness to pay any justifiable claim but same should not be construed to be my admissibility to any illegal claim. You being service provider are duty bound to supply me requisite satisfactory proof for alleged claim raised by you against me. Deactivation is not the proper recourse for recovery of alleged claim.

This email may be treated as serious and to be resolved on high priority.

I am subscriber of your services bearing Cell NO. [protected]

On 15.03.2011, while I visited your Prabhadevi Gallery, I was offered additional number No. [protected] under promotional offer.
I say that I have provided my details and particulars at the gallery and thereafter returned back to my office.
After about 2 days, I received SMS from your company for clearing outstanding arrears of about Rs.1800/- on some cell Number unknown to me.
Earlier I thought same was by mistake and therefore ignored the same, however the said issue became serious when my services to Cell No. [protected] was deactivated.
Your alleged action constrained me to attend to your prabhadevi gallery again for inquiring into reasons for said deactivation.
While trying to resolve the issue, Your Executive informed that services were deactivated in view of pending arrears on earlier Cellular services.
I accordingly called upon him to provide all details and particulars pertaining to earlier cellular services together documentary proof of said services being availed by me.
The said Executive tried his level best to locate the same but same was not traced and finally he was convinced that said SMS was wrongly sent to my Cell number and that same does not pertain to me.
After being convinced that alleged claim of arrears does not pertain to me, the executive was pleased to get services activated for my cell number [protected].

I was shocked to receive the same SMS on 23.03.2011 again. I fail to understand reason behind sending such SMS to me again although said claim does not pertain to my mobile number or any services offered to / availed by me. I presume that your office is wrongly pursuing claim against me and for same, I may be put to unnecessary hardship. I put to you that by virtue of sensitivity of my duties, I required my cellular services active for 24X 7 and therefore any action of deactivation would seriously prejudice my interest and rights.

I am therefore putting the aforesaid fact to your kind notice to seek you kind indulgence for causing investigation as regards

a) why such SMS are addressed to me.
b) what is purpose behind sending such SMS
c) why I am being harassed for services not availed by me.

I may be provided with copy of all documentary proof and evidence substantiating such claim against me. I am ready and willing to bear expenses for Xerox copies of the same.

I would like to also bring to your kind notice that any loss or damage caused to me by reason of any wrongful action of deactivation of services to my cell No. [protected] would be taken up before appropriate authority against company and all responsible officer for taking such administrative and policy decisions (including Directors). I would require your office to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest without adhering to any wrongful modes & actions.
