Dear Sir, With due respect I'm informing to you that on 4th Oct. 2009, Ive already paid Rs, 50.00, No calls I'have made, Today I saw that Vodafone shows me I'm running minus charges. I don't what's the fault. Not only today, so many times I've suffered. My family members are the old customer of Vodafone . I hope you'd find out as soon as possible. I Had opted to port my number from the service provider (Vodafone) what i was using to a different service provider they provided me the port no. then on the next day from the customer care Vodafone on of the executive called me and asked me what is the problem that you are facing from our service, the i told them that if i recharge with top up scratch card the amount shows me that Rs. 25.20 is been credited to your account Example if i had Rs.10, balance after recharging it should be Rs. 35.20. Instead of that it shows me 33.20, and i told them that if i recharge with easy recharge through mobile from the shop instead of the top up card it will get recharged Rs. 23.20/- this is what i explained to them. Then they told me you can go for different plan, i asked which is the best at low cost then the executive (Female) she told me that you can recharge for Rs. 29, that is 1/2 paisa per call to all service provider including the landlines, then she told that you can continue with this plane. Then she told that first time we will recharge from our side so i said ok then there was no balance in my account then i recharged for Rs.30/- then they detected Rs. 29/-, from my account, then i called the customer care center then they told it will be refunded to you account. so then they did, after that i used it for two months with the same plane and then 16/08/2011 was the last date for the second month recharge, i recharged for Rs. 30/ on 16/08/2011 then on 17/08/2011 i went and recharged for Rs. 29/-, the plane did not get activated and the amount for each call was deducting 50 paisa for each call, so i called the customer care center on 18/08/2011 at evening because i thought it will be activated only after 24 hours, but the executive who took the call (Male) he told that sorry for the inconvenience sir it will be rectified with i 4 hours. so i thought i will get activated, it did not get activated then i called on 19/08/2011 at evening again one of the executive (Male) a Muslim person he told who told you i will get active within 4 hours, sir it will take minimum of 24 hours, the i told i already given the complaint about this he gave to team leader then he also told it will rectified within 2 hours then that also did not happen then again i called the customer care on 20/08/2011, one of the executive (Male) a Muslim person he told there is some problem he told you have to wait till Monday and again the same team leader also told the same thing it can rectified by Monday. Then i told them what about the calls i made and the amount paisa 50 got deducted for each call after recharging for Rs. 29/- then they told it cannot be refunded. They told the recharge for Rs. 29/- what you did will be refunded. And the executive told that this plane is no more you can go for a different plane. This is not the first time what is happening to me for the fourth time for different reasons in kormangala, indiranagar and kalyannagar twice

I want to give one complaint on them that they to repay my 25% and penalty them for minimum 25lakhs on wastage of my golden times and my worries about it. they cut my customer calling service also. I complaint this also from another number. But still that problem also continues. So I grandly request you to solve my problem and please take action on it. My name is SUNDAR, and I using this number [protected]. this number belongs to my father. I request you again please take severe action.
