[Resolved]  Vodafone — Billing Dispute

I bought Samsung 3G mobile on 31st Aug 2011 & I inserted the SIM card same day.

As per the GS2 scheme I was supposed to get 6 months 3G 1GB data connnection free. I received an SMS from Vodafone that my 3G connection has been activated but later on after 1 mth I get billed for more than Rs. 3100/- on the Internet surfing under Vodafone Live & when inquired I got to know that my free 3G connection is also not active.... I logged a complaint & they said they will revert in 3 working days but there was no call from Billing department... Pls help me with the ASAP.

Vodafone — wrong bill/ not solving bill dispute from last 2 monthns and disconnect number 3 times

I, Nachhattar singh. residence of Bathinda, Punjab. using vodafone number[protected]
my billing cycle is from 9 to 8th of next month.
in Bill period 09.10.09 to 08.11.09, calls and sms are charged(Rs. 1,142) from 12.09.2009 to 08.11.2009.
i.e about 27 days of previous month ( 09.09.09 to 08.10.09) is charged again, which i already paid.
i contact to local vodafone store before due date (26.11.2009) and complaint about above. They admitted that there was some problem in their server.
They ask me to deposit some amount, i pay about Rs. 600.
They ask me to come after 3-4 days, i went but my problem was not solve.
they insure me that my number will not be disconnected and problem will be solve in 2-3 days.
my number was disconnected on 03.12.09. i went to vodafone store. Instead of solving my problem, they gave me number [protected] of their head office and ask me to talk to them. Then i buy a new number of TATA docomo [protected] and talk to Mr. kuldeep. he make my number work but bill problem is not solved. he ensure me that my bill problem will be solved in 2-3 days and ask not to pay rest amount until problem is not solved and ensure that number will not be disconnected again.
then on 08.12.09 my number was disconnected again. i made a call to head office and talk to Miss. ANU.
then on 10.12.09 my disconnected again.Bill problem again not solved
I got bill of period 09.11.09 to 08.12.09. Again there is same problem.
i.e call and sms are charged from 01.11.2009 (8 days of previous month)
i contact again and talk to Mr. Bharat. on 12.12.09 Bill problem of 2 billing cycle is not solved till date. 14.12.09.
i can't change my number as it is widely distributed.
so Please take any action against or kindly tell me where should i can file a case of harassment and upto what limit i can demand????
i want not less than Rs. 1. lakh.

I recently buy 2 Post paid no. from one of your sales representative (Mr. Ajay). Under the Hewitt Coprate plan.
At the time of Sales your representative told me that there is a Rs.99/- rental will be charged for unlimited GPRS plan.
I opted for the same.
However the Bill I received for Rs. 1900/- and I already made the payment of Rs.1000/- now its showing the usages of Rs.1200/- against the GPRS. Let me know how it come possible.

I had billing dispute, so i approached Vodafone customer care, and nodel, since my problem not solved, i escalated to Tamilnadu Appellate on Thu, Apr 22, 2010, i received irrelevant reply from his office staffs, so i request call back from Appellate authority on May 9, 2010,after a great struggle by mail and phone i got appointment from him , he called and heard my problem, he says, " Once the bill printed , nothing can be done, my powers are limited" I request him several time during that conversion ,i am ready to pay the bill but, i just want the bill has to be rework with other plan, since i made request several time to Vodafone customer care prier to this billing for changing of suitable plan for my usage, and also i was not informed when i crossed the free usage limit as per the plan.but no solution was given to me.

they are very Keen on Sending me out from Vodafone.
after that , i received mail from Tamil nadu appellate saying with a un clear reply "However, we wish to inform that your latest bill rework as per the Rs. 89/- STD pack for the May bill is not advisable as its leads to debit amount of Rs.91 " with other few words. I am really confused what they are trying to say to me?
No conclusion was given to me, no solution was given to me . ON Mon, May 17, 2010 , i sent a mail to tamilnadu Appellate requesting a clear solution and , further i raised some question, but they are not replying me . I am really suffering a lot because of that. mean while my phone incoming facility also barred. with out any notice and with out giving any solution to my problem , they are blocking all the ways. They are very much interested in sending me out from Vodafone , but i don't know why , they are doing like this.
I sent several mails to Relationship manager for my area , they never reply for even a single mail .My complaints to the customer care also not replied sir.
I am wondering this is the way will Vodafone handle the problem and customer?

Could any one will guide me, how i can escalate this issue to vodafone corporate office?
What is their mail ids?
Does anyone knows Customer care VP contact details and ceo contact details?
Please help me .

vodafone has charged me the bill of 1957rs which has a usage of vodafone live part of internet. Though i have not used the internet they are tellying me to pay the bill. Otherwise my other 2 vodafone no will be disconnected.
VODAFONE DOES THIS KINDA CHEAP BEHAVIOUR...THEY WANT TO FORCE PPL TO SUBSCRIBE...DONT PAY A SINGLE RUPEE AND LODGE A COMPLAINT IN THE NEAREST CONSUMER COURT AT UR PLACE..MAKE SURE U MAKE VODAFONE PAY FINE ALONG WITH COMPENSATION...
PATHETIC SERVICES BY VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEIR CALL BACK DEPARTMENT
At the outset, Vodafone call center sucks.The people there cant even speak proper English.Coming to my complaint, i have a Blackberry 2499 plan activated with Vodafone which gets renewed every 6 months.When this plan is due for renewal, everytime Vodafone sends an SMS reminding to renew.However this time around they acted cheap and smart to fool their customers.

My Blackberry 2499 plan was activated on 26th December 2012. So if i go as per 6 months it gets expired on 26th June 2013.Surprisingly i get my may bill with an amount of rs 599. On calling their customer care a complaint is been undertaken and I am promised a reversal of this amount.This amount sure does get reversed.
When I get my June bill, I am shocked to see this amount of 599 again in my bill.On calling their customer care, 2 complaints are undertaken and i am promised that this amount will be reversed and i will get a call back from someone from their department.Complaint number is as follows: [protected] & the second one is[protected].Also there are 2 complaints undertaken on 2 different dates as the first complaint doesnt get processed due to some technical problem at Vodafones end.

Then I get a call back from some rude, arrogant person who cant even speak proper English.He just bluntly refuses to listen to my complaint and says the amount cant be reversed and this is the ridiculous justification i get:

That the plan of 2499 doesnt follow calendar dates but the month.
I said fine, in that case why wasnt i informed that the plan is due for renewal.He had no answer to that.He has the cheek to tell me i should keep a track of it.

Then he tells me that my statement date is 28th june and this plan expored on 26th june so i have to pay 599 for 2 days of data usage..
What a ridiculous explanation.

I refuse to pay the above amount as this has been sheer negligence from Vodafone who should remind their customers of the plan is due for renewal.Secondly if they are going to charge me 599 for a bloody 2 day data usage this is nothing but outfront loot..
