Reminder 1([protected],[protected]) Note :Go through below mail first Yestarday I called on [protected] for help customer care services of Mumbai at 20.11 executive To launch network issue in nalasopara Mr Chris had told me to contact on [protected]. I said mr chris as I m Mumbai subscriber its your responsibility to escalate call to Maharashtra circle . he wasn’t ready to accept my issue . And was forcing me to call on maharshtra cust care I agreed and said ok I will call when I called on [protected] Mr Bhushan has attended my call and I said him a story that I called Mumbai they asked me to contact you coz I m in romming. Mr Bhushan replied me “sorry sir we don’t have your details as you are Mumbai subscriber” Again I called on [protected] I don’t remember his name now after lots of fights he suggested me the same thing to contact Maharahstra circle. .I m Mumbai customer, My services are belongs to Mumbai and I have activated roam like home on my both the numbers I m using Vodafone from last 3 yrs Sorry to say u r services are not like hutch or orange its your responsibility to escalate this call to Maharashtra circle. as per corpporate plan calling bet [protected] and [protected] is free for 24 hrs but what we observe u r chring for this inspite of complint given to ur office since from last 2 months and present bill is also same its sorry to say ur service is worst regading this now i have only one option to stop ur service i[censored] dont look into the matter

vodafone care my name is Brian fonseca my cell no [protected] your coustomer was using this service from last 4 yrs i am very happy with your services but unfortunately from last month 8th april services to this number is completely been stopped . i am shocked without any intimation from u people restricted all communication, i kindly request u that please start the services as soon as possible with the same cell no [protected] as i have many important contacts with various banks & others institutaions, it will be very helpful for me as i am working In US as activated international roaming to this above number, i will really appriciate to take fast action to activate this number till tomorrow, if any documents are required for verification then u can get in touch with me on [protected] otherwise unecessarly i have to take legal action to consumer court on this matter .
My number is [protected], my last bill( Due date 13 oct 12) was 2328/- I have dropped the cheque of Rs. 2328/- at Vodafone store, paud rd., Kothrud, Pune dated 12 oct. 12. On 13 oct.12 I have received the sms that amt.of Rs.1000/- is due so I have dropped the cheque of Rs 1000/- at same Vodafone store. But when I gone through my bank statement, which shows that both cheque of amt Rs.2328/- and Rs1000/- being cleared from my account. I submitted the bank statement at above mentioned vodafone store dt. 25 oct.12 and had discussions with Mrs. Seema Pustake of paud rd. pune Vodafone store owner. I have called your customer care numbers 10 times and visited above mentioned store dated 25 oct., 28oct., 2 nov., 9th nov12. But no positive feedback or action from your end ..Do the needful...

My name is saju sahadevan...earlier i used to appreciate vodafone services a lot..
yesterday i realised that it is very pathetic.
yesterday on 10th dec2010 without any intimation or information vodafone has deducted my 30rs balance for callertune..
i havent given any request for callertune neither i hav pressed any button..
some vodafone callertune is been activated on my cell..yesterday i complained abt dis to the vodafone call centre..
that time i really wasted my 40 mins on dat topic and nobody could helped me..i did call them 5 times...
but i din get any reply from them..The agents over there were simply disconnected the line while talking, ,
and some put me on hold...and afterwards nvr came back to me..den the agent again disc the line.
afterwards they blocked my number.so i m nt able to call to the vodafone cust care ..
as i have already tried thrice ovr thr.
Afterwards i hav given my number to my frnd and she called me on behalf of me n registerd a
complaint..she also faced a lots of problems the agents were disconnecting the line.
atlast she registered a complaint on behalf of me.and i gt 1 complaint num[protected] by sameer khan(agent)..
I really want my refund of rs 30 or else i ll escalate to the higher authority and i ll cancel my number also..
my family members r using vodafone.seriously i ll cancel all the numbers.swear.i want my refund.
yest my balance was -23 bcz o[censored]r service.nw i hav recharged my cell for rs 50...
but i want my 30rs back.the agents named siddesh, dhaval, paresh, hashim they all wer nonsence..
they all given me a bad service and also disc the line.i want you to take a action on them.
yest i called them.u might be having records na...my num is [protected]...call me i[censored] hav any clearification.
please..as soon as possible
