I was given fixed dates for talk with you on 19th sept. 30th sept and 7th of Oct. but on none of these days yr phone has been received here to resolve the issue, and the proof is, I can not delete any incoming number on my call. I have not paid any bill lately, since 11-12 years. still there are charges of late payment applied on me. I have unhappy surprises, which need to be addressed and attended by you to my satisfactions. As a matter of fact , i did not wish to continue with this scheme from 4th March and perhaps , due to your departmental mistakes , i was billed also.Therefore the bills during these two periods (from 4th march to 21st July) is absolutely illegal. illogical and unauthentic., and must be waved urgently. I am not interested in knowing the prevalent shortcomings, mistakes, looppholes or deliberated act of of your staff, server or service, which harms customer. I was called uopn many a times for solution of this problem and no one turned up with solution or clarification thereof. Even I was sent an sms that your issue will be discussed on 17th of August, but till 19 th morning, no body discussed , as no body called me up so far. I was also charged for late payments , which was resolved and waved yesterday. But my original issue is unresolved so far and my last date of payment of bill is 24th August, and if you dont take up the matter urgently to grant my waver appeal , I will be subjected for late payment charges again, by you, and this way I will get forcible impetus to contact consumer redressal forum with information to necessayy agencies about this eye catching prima facie discrepancies of vodaphone.
