[Resolved]  Vodafone — Remove welcome message before ringing of caller tune

Dear sir,

I ravinder grover having prepare mobile connection of vodafone bearing no. [protected] have activated a caller tune on my no. On 08th feb., 2012. Before activating the caller tune i get confirmation from vodafone customer care that the welcome message which is play before ringing of caller tune will get remove if you get activate caller tune & raise a request after activating that. After activating the caller tune i called to customer care to raise my request for that but this time they deny that there is no procedure for that.

I want to remove that message which is "please press * & 9 to copy this caller tune" play before caller tune began.

Kindly help me in this case else i need to deactivate it & use mnp to change service provider.
