Attached is copy of receipt of Rs 350/- paid by us.

Also to write I was following the issue with Vodafone with the Sales Executive Mr. Kunal ([protected]). Trying to call this person, but he is not interested in picking calls from us. Is this way all customers are being treated at your end.

Pick-Up Boy Mr. Ravi Yadav ([protected]) who collected the money & all documents. Tells us that we will inform you. But when???

Request you to tell us How we are going to get this money. I strictly need a Refund on this issue. No new SIM. No more Vodafone...!!!

Also I am currently using a Vodafone Postpaid No. [protected]. I need to change the same to Prepaid. Please tell what is the procedure for the same.

This complaint is regarding the wrong information shared by DSA & then no one in the system wants to resolve the same.

DSA Name: Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd.
Contact No. [protected] ( Always Switched OFF)
Address: Andheri (E).

We had a requisition for a Postpaid Connection for SIM Card & Plan of MYOP (99+49) on the number as shared by DSA agent. On Friday 06.07.2012, the DSA filled the form & details & took the money(Rs. 350) from us. We had given a confirmation for the desired no. [protected]

On Tuesday, Verification was done. Later in the noon call came from Vodafone that the number which we had given earlier is not available with them. Thus we requested, if not return back the money.

Till date no one responded on the same. We are calling up-frontally on their numbers. But neither the Verification Team is also not picking the calls for the complaints.

This is an best example how a customer is being treated by Vodafone.

Treat this an urgent. As if I am not getting the said number. Request you to cancelled the same & return back the money. I can't chase more to Vodafone on daily basis.

If I don't get refund for the same, I need to change my current services from Vodafone to Other Service providers.

Waiting for an revert asap.

Dear All,

Can't understand, If this is the way every genuine customer is being treated at Vodafone. Then we should "STOP USING" VODAFONE Service Providers.

Till date the complaints is Open for Refund. All Customer Service are just giving fake remarks.

I can understand that there is a process for the same. But How long a customer should chase for the Refund. Does this means that Customer should always follow for the same. Why can't your Customer Service confirm the status for the Refund.

I need to change my current plan of Vodafone too.

Also request you to check my "Payment Cycle" for [protected]. Did I ever miss my payments. Ever I had any delay payments. If this how such customers are being suffered from your customer services then how better services we would get in near future.
