[Resolved] Vodafone — No response towards new postpaid connection | |||
Dear Sir , With respect to the above subject please find attached the complaint letter against no response towards my new vodafone connection no. [protected] which i have applied and i have not received the card from the last seven days from the date on which they have collected the documents from my billing address.The documents collection date was 03.04.12. by Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd.Andheri East Mumabi -69. Vodafone — No Response from Service provider
I recently got ported to vodafone...2days the connection went on good,from the third day they cut all my Outgoing calls and messages from my number,
when i verified i gotto know that i should resubmit my document but still after 1 weeek of my
submission also they havent made any procedings...

I have applied for number portability to vodafone of my tatadocomo postpaid connection [protected]. The executive has taken my documents on 2nd may. But I didnt get any response after that and also I didnt recieve my new sim.Please do the needful.

Regarding the below mentioned complaint I want to let you know that the documents of me are collected by an executive from "SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE SERVICE PVT LTD".That person told me that he is coming from their C B D Belapur office, navimumbai. But I couldnt find any offices there.Not only that got the call from vodafone customer service and the executive told me that my request for porting cannot be processed. I asked her the reason. But I couldnt get any answer.
Vodafone should take action on this DSA as i reviewed alot of complaints regarding this"SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE SERVICE PVT LTD" in internet.
Below given numbers are of the executives of the mentioned DSA.
[protected], [protected]. I am not getting any response from these numbers.
I am going to file a police case on the same issue for misusing my documents.VODAFONE also should take action against this frauds.

I am not getting any response from vodafone yet. This much bad service you are providing to the customer. PLEASE BE NOTED THAT DONT PROCEED WITH MY NUMBER PORTING REQUEST AS I DECIDED TO SWITCH OVER TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.I cant proceed with a worst customer service provider like vodafone.
