[Resolved]  Vodafone — Not receiving sms from bank

As all people are aware of that there is ban on sms service from prepaid mobile in jammu and kashmir, due to that reason i have purchased a vodafone postpaid number [protected] in feb months.

Even today with this vodafone postpaid number my problem is not solved. I am not getting sms of bank transactions, dishtv, oxigen services india etc. Etc.

From the month of march i hav complained many times every time they give a date and says "your problem will be rectified by this date" but till august 2012 my problem is still there. Even i have checked from bank there is no problem there. Problem is with service provider.
They hav given many request ids but not solved problem. Therefore it is requested to you please rectify my problem or refund my all bills paid from the begning of my account for which i have lodged complaints from time to time.
