    i am using vodafone sim. i had recharge Rs.11 on 7/12/[protected]@ 8-15 AM to get v-v sms, v-v free calls & internet 111 mb, the same day i called 124 c.care at 7-20 AM, to listern what are the vodafone talktime offers, then i listern the RC-11, but i get v-v free sms,v-v free calls, not internet mb. The same day i called c.care they are not respond to solve my problem.please justify my problem.

      I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection with mobile number +91 [protected] and SIM No.[protected] from August 2010. Vodafone has blocked my SIM and issued new SIM[protected]-1) with same mobile number on my name to the stranger who has provided fake details (documents are enclosed) in Anantapur on 20/10/2011. The culprit has hacked my online State Bank of India (SBI) internet banking (account number [protected]) user name and password. The culprit has used newly issued SIM (my mobile number) to transfer Rs 3,14,000 (three lakhs fourteen thousand rupees ) fraudulently to another account (to Mr. Gajanan Jalinder Patel with account number [protected]) of the SBI, Chembur branch.

      To transfer money from one account to another account through online SBI, a third party has to be added. In order to add new party, the security code sent by SBI to the mobile is needed. Without this security code it is not possible to add new party. The newly added party gets approved or activated within 24 hours of adding party. In between, SBI intimates to the account holder through the messages (SMS) to the mobile number that new party has been added. To transfer money to this activated account, the security code sent by SBI to the mobile is required to approve the transaction.

      Vodafone management is mainly responsible for the loss incurred to me. Without the mobile number, culprit couldn’t not have been transferred the money. The details (enclosed in attachment) furnished at Anantapur Vodafone store are not coinciding with the original details submitted by me when I have taken postpaid connection. Without matching details, Vodafone executive has blocked my SIM and issued new SIM to the culprit. Had concerned Vodafone executive is a bit careful by looking into the fake details provided by the culprit, this loss would not have occurred to me. The details provided in fake BHEL’s letter pad are matching with the address present on the Vodafone billing address. Based on this, I suspect that the Vodafone executive might also be involved in this fraud.

      This incident has happened on the preceding day of my marriage. I thought o[censored]sing that money for my marriage expenses. I was shocked and devastated to know that I had only mere Rs.166 in my account. The mental agony which I have undergone was horrible. I had to ask other people to lend money for my marriage expenses. As soon as marriage is over, I traveled back from my home to Hyderabad to know what has been happened.

      I understood that this fraud is mainly because of negligence of Vodafone authorities. Immediately I have contacted Vodafone nodal office, Begumpet and explained about the fraud. The response given by them was much below satisfactory. After so many calls and meetings, finally they checked with concerned people and agreed that mistake had happened in Anantpur Vodafone store and suggested me to go legally.

      Vodafone Essar/ Mobile — Malpractice

      These people are time and again transfering my number on some other name and address without any intimation from my side, and the other person is using the number in roaming and had been billed for rs.5500.00 and I am getting bills on my e-mail Id and getting collection calls as well

      and this number is being used for somw illegal job racket.

      i've been having visitors twice till now) claiming to have transffered some amount of money on account of this number.

      What course of action should i take to safeguard myself and my family in this case?

      I'm a Govt servant with BARC and a part time student of Sardar Patel College of Engineering with no time to spare for such kind of business, and i'm having no criminal record ever, infact only after verification of this fact by police i got the job with BARC.

      Please help, this situation is scary as during weekdays my mother is alone at home and i'm concerned about her safety due to this situation.

        I had purchased Vodafone 3G Datacard from Authorised Vodafone Sales Executive on 22nd March 2011. While taking the 3G Datacard i was given option of 3.1 Mbps and 7.2 Mbps Data Speed for which I opted for 7.2 Mbps Datacard by paying higher price. And was offered Dataplan of Rs. 599 per month commitment for unlimited data usage (10gb fair usage policy). During activation i was told that we have not yet started 3G services for datacard and it will take 2-3 month to start the 3G services in Mumbai Circle. Till that you can use the 2G or Edge Services. I used to pay the monthly rental and use the services after 3 months I contacted the Vodafone Customer Care they said we still cant activate it on Datacard as soon as 3G services start in Mumbai Circle it will be activated on your Datacard. After repeated calls for 10 Month I stopped Paying the Monthly Rental from April 2012. Now they are calling us and harassing us saying we will proceed with Legal Proceedings and you need to pay the Rent from March till July even though your Datacard is Disconnected you need to pay the Monthly rentals.
        Now They call up and tell us the you pay the Due amount and we will start the 3G services and you need to pay the rentals as per new offers and the offer that was provided during March 2011 is not valid now as it was not activated on your mobile during that offer period.
        This shows Vodafone just cheated with us and must have cheated with thousand others in City by giving false commitments.
        We request for strict action against this Company so that many others might be saved from this cheating Company.

          I am Vodafone subscriber having mobile no. [protected]. My services has been disconnected saying payment is pending. I have already made the payment of Rs. 630 through net banking and the payment is already debited from my ICICI Bank account.

          The customer care is worthless and non cooperative. How can they disconnect the services without intimation to the user.

          Strict legal action will be taken against Vodafone.

            u will get 2 options : activate and DE-activate

            vodafone has put the Flash message services for all the prepaid numbers by default without intimation to the customer. these messages are not for free of cost. customer will be charged with 3 Rs if clicks OK. These messages are very much disturbing. This kind of services should be stopped. Every company should respect the interest of the customers before burdening them with unnecessary default services. Please take necessary action against such service providers and save the customers.

            how to deactivate this service?

              Recently I Have Complained That My Out Going Mesg Service Is Not Working from 25 july Onwards But 2 Days Back The Vodafone People Called Mee And They Have Resolved My Problem But If I Want to Get The Porting Code I Need To Send a Mesg From My Mobile To 1900. But My Mesg Is Not Going Only For 1900 So pls Try To resolve My Problem ASAP.

                Hi Sir,

                I recently took a Vodafone postpaid connection by having number [protected]. Vodafone is offering a free monthly gifts for the new customers valid on their 2 respective monthly bills. i filled up the coupon & forwarded it to the respective address of Vodafone care after i paid the 2 monthly bills. The people of Vodafone called me & got the verification of number & address on both the months but failed to deliver the gifts. It is waste of courier charges in each time. I hope this complaint will awake the people in delivering the gifts at lost.

                I had sent gift voucher which i got from Vodafone to Innovative Events. I got confirmation of receipt of voucher on 2nd December 2009 but i havnt yet received the gift from them.

                      I need to write a complaint against Vodafone Mobile service provider in Ahmedabad, My Mobile number [protected] which is CUG number provided by my Company (Sai Infosystem India Ltd), There are Excessive charges levied on my number during the period of June 12 to Aug 12, the charges are more than Rs. 10,000 per month, which is not acceptable to me. I have raised the issue couple of times with Vodafone service outlets but didn't get any reply, according them it is internet usage charges. For me this is highly incorrect billing done to me, One side they are charging only Rs. 599 for unlimited usage of internet per month, then how come my bill goes to 10000 per month, Due this problem my salary were deducted by my company HR & admin team.

                      I request you to look after this matter & to raise this point to your concern, If company can charge Per month Rs. 599 unlimited access to internet then how they can charge Rs. 10000 for the same internet usage. This is highly unethical practice & against consumer rights.

                        I have converted my number from reliance to vodafone in the starting plan 150 and today i have received the first vodafone bill stating 1100 gprs charges which is totally fraud. First these company unnecessary send gprs msgs and then they give such huge bills. I request to waive off these charges which are unnecessarily been levied.

                          I am Profulla Kumar Barman , Mo No [protected] of Vodafone . Today at about 6 pm I receive a call . The caller said ''i am from vodafone office''. inform you that you should dial*131*30*[protected] immediately , otherwise Rs 30.oo will be deducted every month from your mobile phone balance. " Initially I have denied to do this. But he make me belive his story. Lastly it is seen that Rs 30 has been transferred from my balance to Mo No [protected]. Then I talk to customer care executive (111/198) & request them to recover the money which is fraudulently /cheatingly taken by the man whose mobile No is [protected]. Customer care Executive tells me to lodge a complain to PS against the mobile number. He/She also added '' they have nothing to do" My question , One of their customers is being cheated by other fraudulently , And the mobile co is saying" they have nothing to do." Is it believable ?'' So i want proper action against the customer care Executive (Tomalica & Another one ) And the cheater whose Mo. No. is [protected] . Sorry to say that vodafone CC Executive does not cooperate me properly. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. Please let me inform the action taken about my complaint.

                          i was fooled by the call centre executive for converting my mobile from prepaid to post paid . i was promised the scheme as under
                          1) bill cycle will be for 45 days rs 199/ only
                          2) for 3 selected vodafone connection rate will rs0.10 paise per minute
                          3) for any other local call rate will be rs0.50paise per minute
                          4) u will get one selected gift of reebook company at the time of first bill
                          5) of rs 350/ charges paid rs 250/ will get adj in future bills.
                          now i understand that point no 1) was a wrong promise hence i want to convert again to prepaid and i want my 350/ rupees back

                          sir, iam apparao iam working in sipralabsltd in hyderabad so my mobile number is [protected] so i had taken addon number that is [protected] so i will paid Rs500 advance deposeted.so 24 of dec 10 the [protected] disconeted this number and so [protected] numer is runing so i met the sr nagar vodafone store i give the letter to those people the advanced money Rs500 transfar to [protected]. after compasation of two months i will complent the vodafone nodal officer but no use my complant number is[protected].so plz response the my problem.

                              My father was using a mobile connection of Vodafone from last 3 years, but unfortunately he lost hie mobile in Jan2012 we logged a FIR and immediately blocked the sim and at the same time we applied for the duplicate sim. We were confused at the time going to Vodafone Dealer that weather the connection was on the name of my brother or on the name of my father. We went to Khanna Enterprises and met the dealer Vishal Khanna , his office is in Jawhar market, Nangal . He had taken the relevant documents of my father at that point of time, we confirmed from him that weather the documents of father will work or not. He assured that it will work for getting a duplicate connection. After 3 Weeks of this incident we again went to the store and asked for the SIM but the dealer refused to issue it with a reason that the connection is on the name of my brother . We again provided him my Brother's documents but even that didn't worked , We gain visited his store but the same lingering process continued . Today is the Excess of the torture when he told us that the SIM NO.[protected] is deleted from the system and we will not get it back. Inspite of our duplicate SIM he will issue us a new connection.

                              He said that do what so ever you want , talk to whomsoever you want you will not get this number again.

                              Please help us and do the needful.

                              Vodafone — poor customer service and cheating the customer

                              I am put up in Manglore, and i have been using this number from last one year([protected]) i am very sorry to say that the serivce from vodafone is very poor compare to any other network.On[protected]. I had recharged with 396rs and before recharge it was said to me, that tariff will be some thing like 50/min paise to local network and landline it will carry 1rs/min within 24hr of time.Its almost more than 45hr and the tariff is not yet activated.When i cald up the customer care (Banglore) regarding the same concern the CSR was like showing negative attidude on customer by using her loud voice asking me to shut up and listen. What the hell, your CSR think About we Customer. We have paid some Amount and if we won't get benifit out of it What is the use? Over that you make us to Listen to your CSR's who are Unfit to be in Customer care service.When you, the brand name Vodafone give an add's saying "we are happy to help" i just want an answer from the top most guy who really runs such a big FROUD company fooling the pul by such CSR's.

                              No more talks i just want some to takecare the concern as soon as posible...or else I will think somthing good were i really want some one to take care over all conditions.
                              The quality of customer service of Vodafone is still the same and I think this is same all over India.

                                i talk with customer care Mr.pravin..bt he was totaly rude.n the worse part is he told me do watever u can..u can go for court.he has no concern with vodafone reputation..

                                  I registered for missed call information service on 29-Jul-12. In my last month bill (billing period: 1-Jul to 31-Jul) i had been charged Rs 30/- for availing this service for 3 days (29-Jul-12 to 31-Jul-12). In vodafone website it is mentioned that the rental charges for MCI is Rs.30/month. Is it correct to charge for rest 28 days without using this service? Need some clarification.

                                  i brought a wcc card in which after dialling the destination no. i heard the ring but the call was not answered, but i was charged for rupees 30...and when i called the same destination no from different conection, i came to know that there was no call from that vodafone no.

                                    i had taken my 1st campus card in july 2008. till 2011 it worked properly. after 26th july 2011 i received a message that my campus card has been deactivated. i didnt even got any sms saying that my campus card goin to be expire. before 2011 i use to got messages about my campus scheme expiry but in july 2011 i dint got any message and without informing my campus scheme had been deactivated due to which i need to take another campus simcard another number. i took new simcard between 26july or 2nd august as per customer executive. again after a year i am facing the same problem.
                                    i dint receive any sms about my campus scheme expiry date. i called on 21st july on vodafone because i was not able to recharge of rs47 to renew my scheme. that time i came to know that vodafone had close down rs47 recharge and launched a new campus card. but still customer executive on phone saying for your number rs47 is valid. but when i recharge its showing me not valid. then i visited customer care centre at malad west, they told me that rs47 has been closed down and you need to recharge rs57 for renew for your campus scheme. i tried to recharge rs57 also. it showed me not valid. then again i called customer executive they told me the due date of campus scheme is 25th july so try on that day. so i tried directly on 25th july. again not valid for both recharge rs.47 and rs57. after 25th july i was charging 5numbers 20p, local calls 1re and sms 1re. before that i was charging 5numbers 10p, local calls 50p and sms 10p.
                                    again i called on customer care on 26th july. they forwarded my complain and gave registration number via sms. they told me i wil get call from their side on 28th july but i dint got any call infact i called back. they told me that you should recharge of rs92 because new campus scheme 1st recharge is rs92 and then rs57. each and every executive telling me different thing. whom to trust? and is that so then they could tell me this before 25th july? one is saying get new simcard because new campus cannot bt activated on this number. again and again i should buy new simcard o what??? evn i am advertising and marketing student. i also know these kind of tatics and how to increase the sales. but that doesnt mean that you behave this way with old customers. campus scheme was worth thats why i took another simcard in 2011 again orelse would not. because of your mistake i am charging double. even after getting mails from your senior department no action taken from your side. i have all service registration number n names of those executives too.. either give me new simcard or same scheme on this number itself or better i port. 2 executive told me to deactivate my family and friends number so that i can recharge rs92 on this number. but while recharging rs92 i got sms that this transaction cannot be processed at this time. because of those two executive i deactived the scheme and now i am charging 1re for all calls and sms.
                                    yesterday 2nd august 2012 i got a call from vodafone customer care. she told me to get new simcard becuase the new campus scheme cannot be activated on this number. then she told me she transferring call to senior. then she told senior is busy so he will call after 10mins. till now i dint even got a call from them.
                                    i am being loyal to vodafone from 2008 and my whole family uses vodafone. better i port everyones number to another network because vodafone does not deserve this. customers are loyal to vodafone but vodafone is not loyal to their customers. no new scheme for old campus users!!!! just to increase for sales and gain new customers you regretting old customers, not at all willing to help!!!!! shame on you vodafone!!!! its time to port to another network because you repeated your mistake again with the same customer twice now. really dint expected this from vadafone!!!!!!!!

                                      I had bought a new vodafone prepaid connection [protected] on july 26th, 2012 by submitting all the documents on time. On july 31st, 2012 i got a message from vh-611112 saying our documents had reached there and they are updating my documents. But yesterday i recieved a message to submit my documents on time otherwise my clipping facility will be barred. And today stopped my clipping facility and just informed us by message.. Is this how you people work?
                                      I had faced this problem earlier on my number [protected] which i had port to vodafone. I am very dissatisfy with your facility, isn't its your duty to check or ask about the documents by a single call, so that we can also justify whether the documents are submitted by us or not.
                                      I had never seen such worst service than yours.

                                      voda pre paid — Dissatisfied never contacted

                                      Dear sir
                                      My daughter purchased me a new phone from crazy johns and he unlocked the phone at our request.
                                      This way I could connet to vodaphone to join the rest of my family. She went to your rep registered the phone and was asked for dirivers licence which is your porceedure.

                                      Christmas morning when the new phone rang it had drug messages on and threatening and swearing etc. We went back to voda and your rep traced the texts and found the name of the addict and also advised us that for some strange reason my daughters drivers licence was registered to a different perdon. he did advise that he would report it.
                                      We were advised to call the phone service operator to change our number.The operator wanted to charge us 19.50 plus loose my purchase credit of 30.00 for a new number. I declined this offer as it did not seem fair and with no apology he hung up.No credit had been used on the phone at this point. My daughter then went to the police to report that voda had another person registered using her licence as ID. They monitored the calls and some how who through their protocols with voda the police blocked the messages.
                                      I hope you will look into this and take appropriate action as the person responsible can only be within your employee. We are now in the middle of february and I have not heard a reply.
