[Resolved]  Vodafone — Outgoing SMS Barred

I am holding a Vodafone Prepaid account ,bearing number [protected]. My SMS outgoing gets Barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet.

Vodafone — outgoing messages barred

Outgoing messages are suddenly barred.Iam unable to contact the customer care professional through the numbers [protected] or 111.

Vodafone — presently unlimited outgoing free but what about future

As i have brought a new prepaid card it has a offer o[censored]nlimited out going calls for 500Rs currency for month what about future if they change this plan as they already said they may change
I am a vodafone prepaid customer since 3 years with mobile number [protected] and i have faced no problems upto now. But now am facing a problem with the service provider. Without any particular reason they have barred my outgoing SMS offer. Immediately i made a call to vodafone customer care through 198 and kept a request to activate my sms and i got a reply that my SMS offer will be activated within 3 hours. But they did not activated it and i repeatedly kept the requests for 8 times from 28th feb to 7th march but there is no proper response from the service provider... I would request the members this forum to guide me how to lodge a complaint against this.

My prepaid phone number is [protected] and the outgoing SMS is barred. I contacted customer care and they refused to help. I'd never requested Vodafone to bar my outgoing SMS and it's very frustrating to face this issue. Please get it fixed ASAP.

What nonsense happening with vodaphone.why my no [protected] barred ptgoing sms.its a new sim just 1month old not even send a single out going sms... called twice c.team reply active with in 24hrs... still now no changes I really fed up with the nonsense process..better I switch to better cTeam network.i can't run behind vodaphone c.team.
Vodafone service is becoming day by day horrible...and to solve a simple issues dey ask us to wait for 48 hrs. First my sim was suspended...den to activate tat it took more than 48 hrs.n now incoming and outgoing sms are barred...I don't know wat the hell is happening suddenly one or the other issues ...if we call to customer care dey give fake assurance and promise to resolve the issue.and one standard answer dey all say in half n hour ur problem will be solved..which is not all happening.

Hi,
Vodafone has barred the SMS on my mobile number and the reason they are giving that I have upgraded SIM in 4G which is false as I was already having 4G sim it just damage and I bought new SIM from Vodafone mini store .
Now customer care stopped attending calls.

In 14 may 2020 I don't know exactly time I made self SMS barring
But suddenly I realized that my SMS barring is troubling me
I were trying for unlock barring but couldn't.
I tried *#33*0000*16#
And also tried #33*0000#
But failed.

how can i unbarred my sms cervice
