On several occasions Vodafone charged me for usage of GPRS services. I requested them to deactivate same as I had no use for such services. They reversed the charges and deactivated the service.

Despite such repeated reminders and reversal of charges they once again activated the same GPRS service with out my consent and knowledge and drew up a bill of Rs 15317 and are now pestering me for payment.

I am getting Vodafone service error: 0x5 on my mobile screen 2 to 3 times every minute. Please help me how to get rid of it.
I would appreciate any sort of help.

Vodafone activated some service called game club and deducted rs 35 (for 7 days) from my phone balance. Upon calling customercare the person told me that I must have clicked on link to activate it and they cant do anything for it. I requested them to deactivate it but vodafone is cheating consumers by activating these type of services without customer knowledge and making millions.

I was issued a Micro-Sim card from Vodafone Store at Rajib Chowk on 23 May 2012 and I was told by Mr. Hanny of the store that it will take 2 to 4 hours time to activate the card and at best, it may take 24 hours. Already, more than 40 hours has passed and in between, I contacted VODAFONE Customer Care at least 3 to 4 times and every time, their representative make a lot of promise for quick activation but till now, the same has not happened....

I paid the bill at Vodafone electronic machine,and machine was unable to provide the receipt.Complaint has allready been registered in vodafone store (ModelTown) New Delhi, they are denying to provide me the receipt of the payment I made at spot and still no action has has been taken on complaint,allready passed 4 days.I have to claim my mobile bill from company.what will I do.

My name is Rahul Jain from Ahmedabad. I am using Vodafone prepaid plan.

I have recharged gprs 2G plan for 30 Days on 23/05/2012 but I get this plan only for 29 days, this plan will end at 21/06/2012.
This plan valid for 30 days but I got it valid only for 29 days....

vodafone 3g service is worst. Service is also fully dissatisfaction.

i took data card(dongle) for 1500/- with two months data free usage.

But the speed is very less. I did not get proper response. But it will show usage is more.

I asked them change the plan(which is existed).
For corporate customers, we can request through mail.

I am using my current vodafone number ([protected]) for past 3 year having plan 500 min M2M free, 300 LOCAL SMS FREE and STD @ .50 WITHOUT Rental , advance rental of 998 one time paid for the year. I am very much satisfy with the services and bill in my journey of 2 year but this time when i renew my same plan they confirm on my mail that you will surely get all the above mentioned facility BUT when i receive my bill no facility is given...

Dear sir, i had applied for portability from vodafone to airtel but they are not doing the same.
I had applied on march 15 my old porting request number is vz144853.
They are forcing me to use vodafone i had also complaint to mr saikat mukherjee (Relationship manager - customer service) but he has not done anything.

but to my utter surprise they offered a flexi exiting in the name of some unknown person's id and shown inability to issue flexi recharge in our genuine name.

company was told of such practices but they did not care.

I have applied in vodafone for mobile number portability from Airtel to Vodafone. My number is [protected].
I gave my document on 9th Arp'12 to a (Mr Pankaj) Vodafone guy work at C-45, Okhla Office Phase I & As per the terms and commitment my number was suppose to get activated in vodafone with 7-10 day however that was not the situation in my case, My number got activated on 12th May'12...

On April 7th 2012, I applied for Vodafone number [protected] by dialing the toll-free number [protected] and they gave me the Vodafone Value Plan of Rs 149/-. A representative came and he took Rs. 250/- as security deposit from me. He also took my signature on a document where it was written Rs. 250/- as a security deposit. However, there was no receipt given by him and I thought that there was no need of such thing as Vodafone Value Plans...

/Vodafone has installed a mobile tower at our building at 27/1, Baker Road, Kolkata, (Near Bhawani Bhawan Building), We are getting rent from 2010. We have complained several times. But they are not bothered about this....

I once by mistake activated vodafone SMS pack of 96 instead of Internet pack of 95.

It was activated by mistake so I thought its just for month so I will try it, but what I never thought is that this service will be attached to my number for lifetime against my wish.

They renew any service automatically without informing customers whether they want this service or not.
