[Resolved] Vodafone — payment is done but no balance found !! | |||
Respected sir/madam, I have done recharge of RS 80 ,from https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOnline.jsp?cid=mah this site just now from my visa debit card.My payment is done but my balance is not created.Instead error message has came as Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries. Also they have not given me my transaction id.
