[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — services barred after bill payment | |
I am "Vodafone" Customer working with E24 since 1 year and I am using my Vodafone Corporate number "[protected]" on roming from dec 2009 till may 2009 and I always pay my bill cash before due date on roaming and payment update in 4-5 hours but in the month of may they cut my services due to non payment and I pay my bill before due date this month also and my due date for the month is 13thmay but i pay my bill on 7th may and call them and tell that i paid my bill and my transaction id is UMSR[protected] and they told me to send a message for cash payment and they are telling me that the time o[censored]pdation of cash payment on roaming and in other city is 7 minimun and 14 maximum days. my number is very important for me i attend very important calls on it thats why i am using the same number on roaming from 6 month and I got very big loss because of this activity of vodafone. i applied for a job and lost the chance and now i am in very big problem because of Vodafone and now i want compensation so please help me.
