[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid SIM Card — Cheating by vodafone | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I have taken new vodafone connection [protected] for my mom for mainly ISD purpose from chembur vodafone store on 6th december 2008. The vodafone executive Miss Ashwini Ghag has provided all the prompt service required & also confirmed me that the ISD service will get activated immediately. But till today the ISD service not got activated. I am calling 5 times a day to vodafone customer care on 111 from last 4 days for the same. The customer care executive keeps the call n hold for more than 5 mins everytime but no [censored]ion given till today. I am facing lot of problems due to same my health is getting affected. All the required verification is done by the company. ISD is still not got activated the customer executives are saying it will take more than 20 days after a payment of first bill. same thing happned with me Ms.Ashwini Ghag had promised me the activation of ISD immediately .but when i called on second working day even then connection was not activated ! when i spoke to her instead she started ABUSING ME, USED FOUL LANGUAGE and threaten me that she will disconnect my service! saying her relatives are in POLICE FORCE
