[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — Sim card Registration Failure | |||
Dear sir, THIS IS TO INFORM YOU I BOUGHT A VODAFONE NUMBER I.E. [protected] & SIM NO.-H[protected]. iT WORKED FOR 4 DAYS AND THEN THE REGIATRATION FAILED. I RESUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTSB AND STILL IT IS NOT WORKING. FIRST I WASTOLD THAT THE SIM CARD NEVER GOT ACTIVATED AND IS A DUMMY SIM, BUT I HAD USED IT 4 DAYS ALREADY. THEN I WAS TOLD DOCUMNET ISSUE, AND THE DOCUMENTS WERE RESUBMITTED. AFTER THE DOCUMENTS WAS RESBMITTED AND SEVERAL PHONE ENQUIRES AND IN PERSON VISITS, NOW I AM BEING TOLD THAT ITS SIM ISSUE. EVERY DAY I AM BEING GIVEN A NEW ISSUE. IT IS VERY FRUSTATING AND I AM PLANNING TI FILE A CASE INCONSUMER FORUM BECAUSE I AM NOT GETTING ANY SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM AND MY WORK IS BEING AFFECTED TO A VERY GREAT EXTENT. HOWEVER, PLEASE IMMEADIATELY DO SOMETHING TO REACTIVATE MY "SIMCARD RESISTRATION FAILED" SIMCARD WITH ALL OTHER EXISTING FACILITIES, MY E-MAIL I.D.
