Vodafone Prepaid — prepaid Card is not working

Converted finally from Post to Pre on July 20, 2009 after a strugle of 15 days.

Initially Simant created problem theh Abhishek and finally Supervisor.

Even after submitting following docuemtn at Noida vodafone store, Noida near Great India Place Mall to Floor supervisor result is ZERO.

Yesterday when I called up cutomer care they confirmed that it will activate in 2-3 hrs. Now when I called up again they are sying documents missing.

Tell me what Floor supervisor is doing in the showroom
How he can replace my sim without improper information and required documents?
How Cutome rCare People make fool of people?
