Vodafone Prepaid — DELAY IN REACTIVATING MY SIM | |
I HAVE PURCHASED A SIM CARD FROM VENDOR (ADDRESS-F51/A, DVCDTPS, MAYABAZAR, SHREE SANTOSHI STUDIO, PIN-713207. I HAVE HARDLY USED MY NUMBER FOR 2 DAYS . AFTER THAT MY CONNECTION IS DEACTIVATED, I HAD PURCHASED THIS SIM ALMOST 25- 30 DAYS BACK[protected], I HAD TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES IN VAIN.LAST TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD SOME MISTAKES IN MY DOCUMENTS AND THEY WILL SEND THE DOCUMENTS BACK TO THE VENDOR BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME . I HAD TOLD THE SHOPKEEPER MANY TIMES , THEN I HAD ALSO SEND THE DOCUMENTS (COPY OF THE PASSPORT) AND PHOTOS SECOND TIME.BUT STILL MY SIM IS NOT BEING ACTIVATED. THIS VODAPHONE PEOPLE DONT GIVE ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR THE RECIPT.OF THE DOCUMENTS. MY TRANSACTION ID IS-RB[protected] MY MOBILE NO.
