[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Denial of service by Vodafone Stores and Mini Store

I am a Vodafone Prepaid customer.

A few days back, I had received an SMS from Vodafone asking me to submit by id/residence proofs along with a customer application form again to my nearest Vodafone Store/Mini Store within the next 7 days.

I am a resident of Naihati (24 Parganas North, WB). Consequent to this SMS, I had approached my nearest Vodafone Mini Store (231/3, RBC Road, Naihati) with the completed documents. My request to accept the same was denied, and I was asked to report to a Store. Over the next two days, I tried to submit my documents to Vodafone Stores in Barrackpore (SN Bannerjee Road) and Girish Park (opposite Girish Park metro). Both the stores denied my request on the ground that my connection is that of the West Bengal circle and not the Kolkata circle. I was in fact advised to submit my documents to a Vodafone Store in Kharagpur/Midnapore (both these places are over a 100 km from where I stay)!

I called up the customer care twice (once at 111, and the second time at 198), but they could not help either.

Really appalled to see the quality of service from an operator which is so vocal about their customer service (Happy2Help!!)

my number is [protected] residing near to pondicherry . last sunday 21/3/10 at 10.30 am i call customer care they are not responding properly they are charging for customer care for 3minute for 50 p to 111 number which i have called, this is very reducible, even other consumer are not charging for customer care . if i ask they are saying it government order, but since today i have asked other customer like airtel, aircell, idea etc they are providing free to talk to the customer care

On monthly basis Rs.30/- is deducted from my Account through Happy2Help since last 8 month. They are providing stock tips. I haven't been ever registered for the same. Please any one can help me to How to cancellation such registration. I have tried through internet but I can't find any solution/number where i can apply for unsubscribe. I am not interested in stock and ultimately lossing the money

of recharge the demo n give me balance late night or next day we have to call for

every alternate day 5rupees are being deducted from my account by Happy2Help. what is this? i don't need such help.i have never subscribed to such thing . i want to unsubscribe it. plz tell me how to unsubscribe... this nonsense service...Happy2Help...
same here.I went to Vodafone Store for revival of no. past 48hrs. am waiting, but the girish park store could not revive me yet. There ARE VERY HAPPY to hlp us!
