[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Outgoing barred

I purchased a Vodafone Prepaid no [protected] on 19th June 08 from Shriram Communication, NIT, Faridabad after submitting all required documents. The sim worked well for 2 days and then from 21st June its outgoing was barred due to non- submission of documents. Mr. Sachin of Shriram Communication said that he submitted the documents on 20th June. The outgoing is still not working today on 24th June and now the dealer Sachin is not responding to my calls. Now I want to surrender this SIM and want my full refund with panelty on either Vodafone or on dealer Shriram Communication, NIT, Faridabad. I am already a customer of Airtel and want to remain happy with Airtel only.
This was an additional connection taken in the illusion of the schemes of Vodafone.

I purchased a vonafona prepaid no [protected] on 19 09 08 from local dealer in Babusapalya, Bangalore. The sim worked well for 6 days after out going barred due to non-submission of documents. The local dealer saying already submitted the on 20 09 08. Past 4days we call to customer care giving complaint but no response. why vodafona always problem.

My vodafone card is from pune, but i am now working in mumbai, I buy 50/- Rs voucher for top-up from mumbai chakala ( Andheri ) but there is error as " Voucher group service class error" .
plz help me that store keeper tell me that's not my fault what i do.
