I wondered to see my bill after 16 days struggle. I am very much thankful to you all VODAFONE guys who helped me.

Everytime I call, they ask for phone number, name and other details. They ask for problem, raise a complaint and they aks to wait for 24 hrs. If I start enquiring...they disconnects the call.

Again call back, again enquiry of phone number, name and problem, rasing a complaint, asks to wait for 24 hrs...

Next day, again same thing repeted.

When I ask to connect me to one of their supervisors...they simply told that they are verymuch busy and not able to attend the call. If I insist them to connnect...they hang off the phone.

When I tried to check in your vodafone site, I got the I/O error message. The screen shot attached with this mail. I am facing this prob with ur site since from my first day. I called your customer care after this problem only to get help.

Sir, Please understand from customer's perspective. How a customer feel the situation. Everytime he call, gets a new guy into phone asks for the same details and asks to wait for 24 hrs...it is not for one day. For 16 days...listening the same thing for 16 days...how could be the customer emotions.

I did not see this type poor response in the past.

I am very much sorry for the inconvinience caused.

Please, I am sincerely requesting you to understand the customer problem and try to help him. Don't treat him as a waste fellow. He is ur business resource.

I got much frustration on ur customer care.
I am requesting you to stop my postpaid vodafone connection. My mob nos. are
[protected]. am using two vodafone postpaid connection. am realy sorry to say that am feeling financial problem to pay this two vodafone bills.

    Outgoing barred

    I purchased a Vodafone Prepaid no [protected] on 19th June 08 from Shriram Communication, NIT, Faridabad after submitting all required documents. The sim worked well for 2 days and then from 21st June its outgoing was barred due to non- submission of documents. Mr. Sachin of Shriram Communication said that he submitted the documents on 20th June. The outgoing is still not working today on 24th June and now the dealer Sachin is not responding...

    I have deposited 500 rs. in cash in one of the kiosk machine at vodafone vashi railway station cetre. The amount is not updated yet and they are asking me to make the bill payment again. I have visited the vodafone store twice and there is no positive response for my resquests.
    I wanted to change my postpaid connection into prepaid, so I had visited vodafone care centre, Mulund(W) near Shoppers stop, they had told me that my bill is Rs.780 & I have to pay Rs.280 after deducting Rs.500 deposit. I had deposited Rs.280 in cash in one of the kiosk machine at vodafone cetre in Mulund(w). The amount is not updated yet and they are asking me to make the bill payment again. I have told this to the persons who were coming to me or calling me. Now they are continuosly calling me, harassing me & my family for the payment from last 3 months and there is no positive response for my resquests.

    I'm attaching the message which I had received from vodafone after making the payment of Rs.280.
    This message was received on 04th January 2009, Sunday at 7.20pm
    We are processing your Bill payment of Rs. 280 by Cash. The amount will be credited to your Vodafone Account subject to verification.
    have deposited 1054 rs. in cash in one of the vodafone mini store in shalimar garden ext - 2. The amount is not updated yet . i hav visited them thrice and made them several calls, every time they say i willl be done in 20 min. but the payment is not updated since past five days and all calls are barred inspite of making the payment before due dt. cust care ppl are not ready to help and asking to resolve on my own and they are asking me to make the bill payment again.there is no positive response for my resquests

      I am a New customer of Vodafone.
      Last week on 14/06/2008, I bought a prepaid connection [protected] from a local dealer in Pune. I submitted all the relevent documents for the same. But the sim card is not activated for outgoing calls. It was activated for incoming call but they are also barred since yesterday.

      I have bought vodadone sim last saturday 07/03/2009 form M/s. Navkar Telecom, Nangloi. My sim card no. is[protected] and vodafone contact no. is [protected]. I told to vodafone customer care department a number of time but my problem is not shortout yet. I discussed with Mr. Pankaj Luthra in vodafone customer care department. when I bought vodofone sim they have given sim activation period 18-48 hours it will be activated. it was not activated and sim activate on friday 13/3/2009 afternoon. My vodafone and others outgoing calls has been activated but incoming call is not being activated only vodafone incoming call taking received.

      Vodafone — my prepaid card not active

      sir i have bought a lifetime card of vodafone and had miss to recharge in six month when i went to refill it they told me that you regharge for Rs 200 and phone will get activate with 2 hours which did not happen . then I want vodafone gallery opp passport off they told it will be active within 48 hours affter which i again went to the same gallery the person again made my wife pay Rs 99 for activation of same number and Rs 10 for talktime and still the phone did not start after some time the person at the gallery told my wife that the had some technical problem & she can leave and the phone will start within 2 hours my wife had asked the person that if that requires any document regarding activation as for last 3 days she was coming daily to the gallery the person there said he did not required any thing from her and she can go but still phone did not get activated when we called up 111 the told us the that your document are not there and my self to your costumer care service mr krisid he told me the same and on insisting he gave me complian number[protected] Sir i have simple request you start that phone and if you cannot start that phone i request you transfer the bal in that phone to vodafone no [protected] for any other detail talk you call on my mobile [protected]
      If you guys can't do anything then also inform me then I can take my step
      i have bought a vodafone prepaid simcard with the number of [protected] on 24.10.2009 from my local dealer in salem, Tamilnadu but till now my outgoing call is not get activated eventhough i tell the problem to vodafone care but they r not responding for the above problem.

      Vodafone — Prepaid not activate yet

      Most pathetic service vodafone have, i am waiting since a long time after converting postpaid to prepaid.

      No one is giving satisfactory answer to me.

          I had ordered a new SIM card on march 8th 2008, which got activated only on 3rd june 2008. To top it all, my SIM has been blocked by vodafone " esteem executives" and the customer care executives are super rude . I can't make and receive call. What kind of services do they actually run?!?!? I am perplexed.


          I tried calling gulshan arora of the company on the no. mentioned on their site, but no response or I guess he is too busy to take anyones call.

          i was recharge my cell 25th april 2008 with e top 124 recharge and still they don't providing me any services. he was deduct my 100 Rs balance also. vodaphone customer care is very bad.
          plz providing me services.
          Vodafone Customer Care Services are drastic, I went to their Lajpat Nagar, Delhi store and submitted an amount of Rs. 3000 for activation of International Roaming to My Vodafone No. [protected]. And, they at that time confirmed me that i will get activated within 2 -4 working hours and after exactly 6 hours i called up Vodafone Customer Care as I didn't get any confirmation message or call from vodafone regarding the above mentioned, they told me that your payment is not reflecting and also my HDFC bank confirmed me about the payment as i paid this through my credit card.

          They told me to go back to particular vodafone store where i paid that amount, when i reached there actually the store was closed at that point of time. And even the gentleman sitting at Ansal Plaza Vodafone store didn't even bothered to see me as he was too busy talking with somebody in personal.

          Now, as i am travelling at 4.35 early morning tomorrow, there is no option but to go without roaming facility on my number which will lead to a great caos.
          I totaly agree with you since i have been try their noodle officers and appellate officers there phone are not bein gpicked up and what kind off mobile services they are running its totaly fraud bussiness. to squeeze the customers money they are fishing the people.

            I am totally fetup from the vodafone customer care executives ...
            I dnt know why they provide wrong information.
            and if not then why there is verification in information given by different executives on same issue...
            And if they caught red handed by some customers then they just cut off the calls or just hang out the calls.

            I fully agree with.
            On feb 2011 i got a call from vodafone customer service that they have 50% off on caller tunes. That is 180Rs for 12 months. So i have replied them i can pay 180 in the same bill. Try to make it monthly payment of 15rs per month. Even they replied "sure sir we have that offer". You will receive a confirmation call in next 2 hrs just tell them ok to activate . I replied the same . And i received a payment on march 2 nd they have charged total 180 Rs at same time.

            How irresponsible and don't they have a sense of mind to provide the wrong information.

            I have called to customer care to ask the information about complaint they said sorry sir we don't know info. This is the way to answer.. Then what is the use of being a customer care? If they want to give info they will call from customer care and will say Blaaa.. blaa blaa... to trap the people .

            And also i am requesting all the people please don't take post paid connection if you do they wont allow you to change it to prepaid. They will say with in 6 months you can change to prepaid sir. But it is all false info. I suffered a lot to change to prepaid .

            Hence i comment vodafone Essar customer service is very bad.

            Vodafone — provide wrong information

            I have a connection of VODAFONE (postpaid) , i m very much happy with its services but when need a internet plan i call to customer care to know the details of the internet plans he told me some plans , in that plans i like the plan of Rs- 299/- in that he told me that there is 5GB is free per day , but actual thing is that it will calculated 5GB per month, i got to know all that things when i received my bill that time i talked to customer care he told me that what ever i used i have to pay all that amount. he is not agree that he provide me wrong information about the plan after asking 4-5 times .he always saying this thing that they never convey wrong detail.
            he dont clear my doubt and i pay my bill because i like its services.

              Vodafone Delhi Customer Service - very bad and unresponsive

              I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi for quite some time - their customer service, that is, number 111 has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to get anyone on line.

              I simply need to change my talk plan since the...

              I am in a short visit to kerala for 2 weeks, I purchased one vodafone prepaid connection of above mentioned no.([protected]) from a vodafone agent in Thakazhy, Alappuzha, on 12 th June.I submitted all the necesary documents as requested by the agent on the same day itself.I have given the same mobile no. for my brother's matrimonial advertisement in the 5th page of manorama classifieds on 15 th June. (classified no.EKR45234531KTM).but unfotunately from 19 th morning onwards my connection has been disconnected due to some strange reasons as they explain. I contacted customer care of the company for several times on 10.30 AM 19th june and they promised to reactivate my no. within 48 hours. But till now my connection remains as disconnected. I lost a lot of calls and my valuable time and prestige by giving negative messages upon trying on my no. in respose to the clasified i have given for my brothers Marriage. Also I lost the advantage of advertisement and my valuable money i spent for the advertisement due to the worst customer service provided by the company. On my every call to the customer care and their marketing agents, they are interested only to transfer the respsibility inside their organisation, No body is ready to take the responsibilty to reactivate my connection.

ON 13TH JUNE 2008 DUE TO TECHNICAL FAUL MY SOFTWARE WAS NOT WORKING AND FOR ANY DIFFCULTY THE SOFTWARE CO. M/S KDK SOFTWARE (I) P. LTD. WHERE PROVIDING SERVICE TILL MIDNIGHT THOSE DAYS. SIDDENLY I HAD FINISHED MY PHONE BALANCE. SO THAT I HAVE GIVEN RS. 201/- TO MR RAKESH (VODAFONE DEALER) FOR RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT DATED 13TH JUNE 2008 AT 9.00PM. AND GIVE HIM MY MOBILE NO. BUT THE DEALER HAS RECHARGED SOME OTHER ACCOUNT NO. [protected]. NEITHER THE DEALER REFUND MY MONEY NOR RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT SO FAR. THE DEALER HAS TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN ME WRONG NUMBER. BUT ITS NOT TRUE. HE HAS WRITTNE MY NO. ON HIS REGISTER HIMSELF. I CAME TO KNOW THAT DEALER HAS DONE SAME THING WITH OTHER PEOPLE. HE RECHARGE THE AMOUNT TO HIS FRIENDS WITH SAME WAY AND BLAME THE CUSTOMERS.

                    i have vodaphone no[protected] for past 6 years. I have lot of calls and payment mode is through credit card. i am staying in Kanakanagar -R T Nagar-32.

                    Now a days i am working from home and through this mobile no..
                    i am facing a problem that always network is busy and or showing no coverage.. Per day i have around 100 calls . today i didn't get any calls . As i enabled missed call alert, i got messsege and i have to call back.. thats way i lost my money and time
                    If any call comes and start conversation .. suddently it switched to another tower and disconnecting..

                    Please suggest your opion and resolve or i have to go other good operators like AIRTEL or any other providers

                      my Vodafone mobile number is [protected] and i had rupees 72 on my account on 17-6-08 and i have been deducted of rupees of 99 on my phone on 18-06-08 without any reason. i have called to the customer care and they told me that i have activated some kind of package/download form the gprs on 18-06-08 at 02-20 pm. I have NOT activated any package/download on the gprs. So there is NO chance of money being deducted. I have talked to the Vodafone customer care and talked to JAVID TAHASILDAR one of their employ who told me that im giving some kind o[censored]seless and logicalness excuses. there fore i want my money refunded back please take action immediately.

                      Vodafone — talk time deducted without any reason

                      in the month of july 2009 150/- talktime was deducted. after calling the customer care of vodafone they nicely convinced me that talk time will be credited within 72 hrs and they admitted all was due to some erroneous transaction from their part and i was given a complain no.As usual i didnot get back my talktime. I called them up again.Very promptly they again said it will be credited within 48 hrs.obviously i didnot happen.after that somehow they blocked my phone no for about 1 month and i was not able to contact the customer care people. till date i have not got my talktime back. I would like to request the govt to pls take care of these things because these private concerns are doing whatever they want because they dwell in a notion that nobody is having an upper hand in this government and they have taken things for granted. Even i have supporting evidences of the false assurances of the customer people as i have recorded them. I once told them abt this consumer complain bt offcourse they know no steps will be taken against hem.

                      I being a consumer would like to request the government to pls take some step against these nuisance and they are least bothered about their activities.

                      my vodafone no iz [protected], muzafar ahmad .vodafone auto activated love guru tips on my number and deduced money from my account while i didnt activated the service on 4th of sep 10. when i csked to refund the money they told me it will take 48 hors to refund . i was waiting till 48 hours were our but my money was not debited into my account, then i called custumer care for the same reason n they told me upto 12 pm of 6sep 10 u will get ur money back. still i didnt get my money back.during the whole day they gave me diifernt times when i asked the custumer care executives. later at night they told me itthe money is being debited to ur account but u didnt get the money due to system problem will get the same till 12 am of 7sep 10. finally the didnt refund my money. on 07 sep the activatd another service romance on my no an dedeced money from my account . when i aske d for the same the told me it will take another 48 hors to get the money... now when i tried to call the custumer care , they simply bared my calls to custumer care.. plz help

                      my Vodafone mobile number is [protected] and i had rupees 35 on my account on[protected] and i have been deducted of rupees in negative on my phone on[protected] without any reason. i have called to the customer care and they told me that i have activated some kind of callertune package on[protected] at 1 am.                           I had purchased an add on connection from Vodafone when I got a call from them soliciting to do so.
                          My experience thereafter is in the mails I have appended.
                          Just because I had also written to you, the agents at 111 have started acting as if they can not hear me as soon as I tell them who I am.
                          The Nodal officer's cell phone is perpetually on answering machine which has no further space for my message.
                          Despite so many calls and emails to 111, [protected]@vodafone delhi and their nodal officer I am not getting
                          Now with this new retaliatory move by vodafone where the 111 doesn't even want to listen to me, what do I do?
                          Their Vodafone store in Gurgaon is shut as a weekly off.

                          Should I be penalised just because I approached TRAI for redressal?
                          Help me.

                          To begin with, I was disappointed that even the number given to contact you is never reachable!!

                          Now my two complaints:

                          1. My additional connection ([protected]), despite promises is still not active, nor have I received any verification call. There is no help offered by 111 after three calls and they refuse to divulge contact numbers of the Vodafone store despite knowing that only they can help.
                          2. There is confusion on my due amount and despite seeking clarity from Vodafone store, I do not know wheteher I owe money or there is excess in my account. Vodafone store says I have credit of Rs 700/- in excess where as 111 says I need to pay Rs. 700/-. For your info: I paid approx Rs. 700/- by cash on 31st mmay 2008.
                          Details:
                          During a call I was solicited by Vodafone's agent on 111 for an additional connection a week back. The set of promises included:

                          1. I will get 10% off on both our connections.
                          2. He will get the new number activated within two hours.
                          3. I will get the number of my choice without premium.

                          Based on this, I visited your store at JMD in Gurgaon and was attended by Alka first and by AMIT later.

                          1. I chose the plan suggested by her and we gave all papers asked for and she VERIFIED them as correct.
                          2. I chose [protected] as my choice and she confirmed that it is a normal number without premium & its availability
                          3. Within less than a minute (at 6.55pm), after taking the payment of Rs. 250/-; she comes back and says that I have to pay premium for that number. On further insistence she told me that she made a mistake and that number has been blocked!!
                          4. Under duress, I chose another number: [protected].
                          5. To my horror, activation time from 2 hours became 48 hours.
                          6. On insisting to meet the Manager and waiting for 30 minutes to meet him, Amit promised to accelerate the process and not treat me by the book. His promise was that the connection will be activated within 18 hours and that too because the post paid system was under repair for 15 hours. In fact we all know that in open market activation is done within 2 to 8 hours.
                          7. In my case, the Company hasnt even called to verify after 48 hours.

                          My observation: a solicited customer is treated to much better service than a walk in customer in Vodafone & as importantly; both, the 111 as well as the website are dummies and of no real use to the customer except the VERY FORMAL and deploringly diplomatic choice of words.

                          Please ensure that my connection is activated or let someone call to tell me why not.

Where above numbers are corporate connection from many years. i had taken the anather connection they people told me they will incorporated the new connection as corporate connection but they don"t. After several visit to the vodafone store D 27 Connought Place they are not willing to help me.I lodged also the complaint in vodafone customer care center over phone but they are not able to solve my problem. Is it my foult to use VODAFONE ? They are charging as they want, im very sorry to say they are cheating with me. I am 60yrs old they are harrasing me again and again. If you wiill not solve the problem my next step is to lodge a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM.

                          Vodafone — DELIBERATE MISINFORMATION BY VODAFONE EXECUTIVES FOR SALE

                          I already own HUTCH, NOW VODAPHONE phone no. since 1997
                          In month of November we went to Ansal plaza, Delhi on pretext of some billing request . and were instead sold A NEW PHONE no. by executive Abhishek there . We really didnt need the phone no. but executive made it sound a no nonsense product
                          We were informed that we will receive bill ONLY WHEN WE USE THE NO. TO MAKE CALLS .
                          On receipt of very first bill I called customer service and asked them what was the bill about, because we had purchased this no. only on the pretext that bill will not be sent until its used .
                          THE NO. HAS NOT BEEN USED AS YET AND I AM RECEIVING BILLS FOR CLIP WHILE EXECUTIVE HAD INFORMED US THAT NO BILL WILL BE SENT .
                          I already have several prepaid phone no.s so it didnt make sense that i will go for a post paid new no. unless the deal was good ... they took a security deposit and now i am getting Rs56 bills every month ... Rs 56 is not a big amount but how far will these companies go to fraudlently fool sitting ducks who dont care about fighting it out .
                          WE WERE SIMPLY MIS -INFORMED BY EXECUTIVE BEFORE MAKING THE SALE .

                            i am not able to register my vodafone number on my vodafone to make online bill payment. it says dat my no is not a valid 10 digit number..although i checked it several times.

                            i m not getting re-directed to my net bank for vodafone bill payment on internet banking
                            My cell number was [protected]. I have a grave complain to make against Vodafone
                            I had taken international roaming in the month of May 2008 as I was visting Dubai.Thereafter, my sim card got damaged whilst switching it from one mobile to another. Since I was in Dubai and had no alternative to the damaged sim so I discarded it. I got a rude shock of my life when I was informed of my bill amount which was reflecting as Rs 41, 000 odd. Within few days, I was told the amount is Rs. 33, 000, then again informed of the amount to be Rs. 30, 000 and then 28, 000.
                            With the information changing so many times, I lost complete trust in the services and though I want to pay the correct, accurate and credible bill amount, I was wondering how do I pay the legitimate amount. They did not send the detailed bill as well. It's not even available on their site.
                            If they my past payment records and they'll find that I have been a conscientious and reliable customer for the past 3 years and my number did not ever have a late payment fee slapped, forget about a disconnection due to non-payment!
                            Their recovery guys are posing as salesmen and courier men and forcing themselves to gain entry in my parents flat, who suffer from heart problem and blood pressure. They continuously keep calling at every hour and use filthy and street language. Despite writing to them for a detailed bill, they are yet to send me one, and are insisting that I should send them my official email-id, which I don't have one as I am a housewife, and now they have sent me a legal notice. I am wondering what to do next?

                            Sir, No doubt range provided from Hutch/Orange to Vodafone is great.

                            However, the after sale service provided by gallery is very very poor.

                            I had visited Vodafone gallery in Vashi for enquiry of Prepaid. However, the lady motivated me to take
                            postpaid sim card no.[protected]. I am located in Pen. When I enquired abt roaming. She said there is no roaming charge in Maharashtra. However, when I dialled / used this card from Pen, it was in roaming service.

                            I wanted other plan but she gave me 299 plan, because of this, I went again myself from Pen to Vashi gallery for immediate disconnection. This card was hardly used for 10 days. That lady disconnected my line in June assuring that bill will not be charged and ECS payment will be discontinued.

                            I am shocked to receive bill for Rs.603.23. How smart these people are! They have taken money
                            by ECS from bank although the line is disconnected. Because of this, my other cheque got bounded
                            and bank has charged 387/- towards bouncing charges.

                            I request the authority to look into this matter and refund my hard earned money of Rs.603.23 keep aside my bouching charges.

                            I am post paid customer of Vodafone from more than 4 years. My bill payment cycle is 14th every month. For the cycle ended on Nov 2010, I went to vodafone customer care center for my bill payment on 2nd Dec 2010 which was the last date of payment. I usually pay by debit card. I reached there around 7.45 and was in queue for bill payment. When i reached at bill payment desk the guy at desk said system not working so I cant swipe debit card. As it was last date and i have not expected this, I was not sure of having full amount for bill payment in pocket. He suggested me to use bill payment Kiosk. I managed Rs. 700 from my pocket and went to pay at kiosk at the same center. I paid the amount at kiosk at 8.38. And got the receipt of successful payment. After few days i started receiving calls from vodafone stating my amount is out standing. And they also charged me late payment fees of Rs. 100. I told them I already paid on 2nd Dec each other their executive said: I'll check and revert but no one reverted ever. I went to same customer care center to complaint that my bill not reflecting, but the guy there was not taking things as i was not having payment receipt. And after waiting for an hour i had to return empty handed. He said in 2 days i'll get call regarding this, but no call ever happened.

                            I managed to find bill payment receipt and again tried to contact customer care on 111 number. I called gave complete details and guy said they will call me in 2 days. 2 days gone call didn't take place. on 3rd or 4th day i got call from CCC and they are saying they are not able to find the details in their system. Now its their system's fault and it may not be in system even then at the time of finalizing payment collection amount they surely have found some discrepancy but surprisingly they didn't. So they cant do anything. Now, they again want me to go to customer care center and wait wait for an hour in queue, to repeat entire story and still no surety of my payments will be restored to their system.I dont understand how they resolve the problem if they cant even after noting down all the facts which is provided by me and mentioned in bill receipt.

                            I had very good regards for the company and i even was not checking bills ever, that if they billed correctly or not. But now its ridiculous what I am facing. I called up the cx care and they gave me an address of a store located in Mahavir Enclave, i went there and roamed for good 1 hour however couldnot find a store there and got to know that the store is closed way back. It was extremely inconvenient wherein i am a working professional with stiff daily routine.

                            I called the cx care again, first the agent couldnot even speak properly and she could not even understand what i was asking for and lately the agent hung up on me when i told her not to place the call on hold every now and then. Lately I called again and finally got the address of a Vodafone store in Dwarka, New Delhi which is again approx 8-9 KMs from my place.

                            This was an extremely horrifying experience from such a company which promises to be the best in customer service and customer reliability by its advertisements.
                            I was having a post paid connection NO.[protected] which was ported out in Feb 2013. I have paid an amount of Rs.762.00 thru my creidt card on 25.03.13 being the final bill. The payment was made at Vodafone, Store, Kadavantra. Thereafter, When I requested for Refund of deposit amount, I was told that bill for an amount of Rs.762.00 was outstanding and the deposit amount was adjusted towards the bill. When I pointed out about the payment on 25.03.13, the Vodafaone Store, Kadavanthra simply ignored it saying that it is not seen in my statement. When enquired about the fate of payment of Rs.762.00 on 25.0313 thru credit card, they simply repeat that it is not reflected in my statement. Dharmarajan E
                            My Vodafone internet stick stopped working in the last week of February 2014 and I informed the Vodafone Care centre on the 4th of March, 2014 telling them that internet had not been working for over a week.My complaint was registered and i was told someone would get in touch with me in another 2 weeks. Finally on the 16th of March my internet started working because I kept calling them to do something about it. There was minimal effort from their side to sort my issue. Two weeks after my internet started working, they disconnected it and called me to pay two months monthly rental even when for three weeks out of thoe two months my internet was not working.

                            It is the 16th of April, 2014 today and I have spoken to two of Vodafone's senior executives who said that I will have to pay for the entire two months because I am on a monthly rental plan.One of the executives said it was entirely up to me if I want to pay or not, basically suggesting that they will keep slapping me a fine if for as long as I don't pay.


                            They are asking me to pay for the services that I have NOT been able to use. And now they are trying to corner me into paying the entire amount because if I don't they will fine me and increase the bill amount further.

                            They have said point blank that I will receive no waiver on my bill and that nobody from Vodafone can get me a waiver or help me and that I will HAVE to pay then entire amount. When I asked for a senior or state level manager the executive told me that he will give me an email address that I can email on. I have already emailed Vodafone and not received any response to my response email that I sent two days before.

                            I do not know what to do now. I am hoping that my consumer rights can be protected and that I will not be bullied into paying for services that I have not used.

                            This mail is regarding I purchased total 3 CUG connection with your Vodafone person. Meanwhile I spoke to him 3 connections are under CUG.

                              i have been using the vodafone prepaid no. since 2 years. vodafone company has activated the services without any request from me . this happened with me no. of times . i suffers o lot of thisunwanted services . on[protected] they activated a unwanted service on my phone which is "VODAFONE ALERT SERVICE" . i didn"t send them any request to activate this service. due to service they dedected 30 rupees a monthly rental from my no. .pls do some effective steps against vodafone and help me to back my rupees 30/-. i m very thankful to u. my dress is "MINI SECRETRIATE ROAD .                               I have faced the same problem today. Caller tune has been activated on my vodafone number today, Aug1'08. I havent placed any request for the same. I came to know after I got SMS from them regarding the same. My balance of Rs45 has been deducted. I immediately called them up stating the same and was told that I have placed a request for the name, which I never did and that too for a third class song. I want my money refunded and deactivate this stupid service with immediate effect.
                              i am also using vodafone no they has activated scheme without any confirmation
                              they acivated ranzan alerts & deducted 30rs from my account...as iam a hindu

                                i have call to service provider to disconnect my phone due to bad service on phone after holding 20 25 minuts have not replied i asked about disconnect my phone they have not given me procedure for disconnect but information given about therie product

                                if they are not giving proper information then every consumer will have same problem

                                  I, Mr. Ramsahay Yadav, brother of "Rajesh Kumar Yadav" user of mobile no [protected] (Mumbai) was travelling to Kanpur during 07.06.08 to 12.06.08 and I made many local as well as STD calls from my said mobile. I found that during my roaming call i was charged Re.1/- for all incoming calls and Rs.1.50 for Local (calls made to Kanpur numbers) as well as STD calls which is wrong, as per Roaming Tariff, all Local calls should be charged Re.1/- but they charged me Rs.1.50/-

                                  Same problem were happend also when i was travelling to U.P. and Bihar in March month, that time also they charged me a flat rate of outgoing calls i.e. Rs.2.40 for all my outgoing calls including locals.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. If possible kindly credit the excess amount charged for Local calls.

                                  Vodafone — excess charge on calls

                                  I bought a vodafone sim from mumbai and I am using it in Pune. The call charges for local calls are 40 paise per minute and STD calls are 50 paise per minute. But while calling it charges me Rs1.00 per minute for local calls and Rs1.50 per minute for STD calls. Please give me the solution of my problem. The no. is [protected].
