I wondered to see my bill after 16 days struggle. I am very much thankful to you all VODAFONE guys who helped me.
Everytime I call, they ask for phone number, name and other details. They ask for problem, raise a complaint and they aks to wait for 24 hrs. If I start enquiring...they disconnects the call.
Again call back, again enquiry of phone number, name and problem, rasing a complaint, asks to wait for 24 hrs...
Next day, again same thing repeted.

When I ask to connect me to one of their supervisors...they simply told that they are verymuch busy and not able to attend the call. If I insist them to connnect...they hang off the phone.
When I tried to check in your vodafone site, I got the I/O error message. The screen shot attached with this mail. I am facing this prob with ur site since from my first day. I called your customer care after this problem only to get help.
Sir, Please understand from customer's perspective. How a customer feel the situation. Everytime he call, gets a new guy into phone asks for the same details and asks to wait for 24 hrs...it is not for one day. For 16 days...listening the same thing for 16 days...how could be the customer emotions.
I did not see this type poor response in the past.
I am very much sorry for the inconvinience caused.
Please, I am sincerely requesting you to understand the customer problem and try to help him. Don't treat him as a waste fellow. He is ur business resource.
I got much frustration on ur customer care.
I am not satisfied with your bill so request to you send me itemized bill from 1-dec to till date on my email Id as soon as possible which is mentioned below----
