[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Financially Harassment

Respected Sir,

I am Ravi shanker Chhipa, residing in Miraroad East,Mumbai. I am having connection with vodafone Prepaid card since last 6 year. Now they have activated ( Free Night calling VODAFONE to VODAFONE ) without prior intimating me. and they have charged Rs.22.

When I had a word with Customer care,they r replying That You have sent message for activating this service.and U will not get ur money back. Even I have not sent a single message for this.

SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO HELP ME TO help to get my money back and Deactivate that service FROM Vodafone, THANKS FOR KIND COOPERATION

Dear Sir,

Most respectfully, I want to draw your kind atention to my accute problem which I am facing for a few days more.

I am a vodafone prepaid life time customer from dec/2008. As I got the connection, I am verry happy .My zNokia set is 'Nokia 3110' and my vodafone prepaid lifetime No. is [protected]. Every 6 months I recharge my connection with Rs. 200/- as conditioned when I purchased it. My balance account was 350/- or somethind plus (approximate). Once I tried to activate GPRS .I don't khnow if I was successful to activate, but after that I did not interact to anybody in net. On that mobile I used totake photograph and listen music.Ony one or wo kow my no. as I haveanother vodafoe from the inception. But one fine morning mit was not fine...I saw my balance4 come to defuce to Rs.56/-. I asked to the customer care, they told me that several times I actiated my GPRS ad within 24 hrs the connection will be lost. I am surpised and thought at last as if it was my ignorance. As I an a life time prepaid customer, my incoming is working, various offers are coming and after that on day I saw my eintire balance lost and the balance show to me -Rs.86.00.I surprised how it is possible for a prepaid vodafone life time customer??Again I asked in the customer care, they tole me.all those are my fault.

An offer came last 31.05.2010 to recharge with Rs, 9.00, and my balance would be zero.I recharged with Rs, 20.00 (transaction id(K[protected], as there was no option for Rs. 9.00 t the retailer, then the balance reduced to -73.00(approxc).

Now I want to know how I shall get rid of these problems and shall get normal sevice in my prepaiod life time vodafone customer.

I asked several times to the customer care, some of them behave gently but not helped me, they are now seems to me totally failure to get those chair, hopeless as they misguided me. I canot connet to no. 6790 and no, 6789, and the no, 198 is also not responding ( may be busy) in good faith I thought,

Now I cannot connect against any offer. the reply option shows in green and no reply came and shows me invalid

I would be highly obliged if you look into the matter urgently as I am unable to connect the public relation, Hope you will gently realisr my problem, otherwise I and all the members of my familoy who are vodafone connection holder changed te sim.

N.B. As I never enjoyed GPRS, I want to return back my rs.300//-, and as I am a prepaid customer it is not my fault to see the balance negative, it was not the condition, and also not to recharge to reduce the negatice balance zero by Rs. 9/-,

You have many, but we customers are helpless, now it os a prestigious probem for both our end (your end and my end)

I, only want the normal service.without prior intimate they deduct my balance, they have activated in regular basis without prior intimaing me, so you are requested to help me and want kind cooperation from you
today 21.06.2010, afternoon I got a message from vodafone to recharge my life time with Rs. 200/- immeditely for life time facility within 22nd to prevent disconnection, but how it is possible for me now to fullfil this balance, where my balance is showing -73.01. and I am unable to talk to the customer care, they are not responding, pl see my problem, otherwise I will have to face the acute trouble in my life
