Vodafone Prepaid Service Balance wrongly deducted and not returned My Mobile No. is [protected].On 08th of July 2011 Vodafone Caller Tune Pack was activated on my mobile without my permission and Rs.30 was deducted as well. Then after I called the customer care from their phone.The guy sitting on the phone agreed to credit my Rs. 30 back in my account. This is a case of pure theft by Vodafone.They deduct my balance without my knowledge and then they dont return it back. Vodafone Prepaid Mobile — Wrongly charged from my account
Hi,I am vodafone customer from many Years. Company has deducted Rs. 30 from my account for chat services on 19 June 2009. But I have not been requested for any chat services. I have called to customer care and they were not believe on my comments. Here matter is not only for Rs. 30, but this is the matter for charging wrongly from customer account. Please look out the issue.

Hi, I am SATENDER KUMAR , I have taken the vodafone service since last year and they r cheated me many times by reducing my balance without giving me any information ,this time also they have reduce my balance of rs 30 from my account without giving me any information now my account balance is rs -24, I am getting sick of this false attitude of this vodafone service, plz help me why they r doing this, my mobile number [protected] has vodafone prepaid account .From last week daily RS.5 is getting deducted without using it please check it

Vodafone — wrongly charged from my prepaid balance
Sir,My mobile number is [protected].There is wrong recharged of ISD Call from my balance for which i m not known.I am fully confident that these call are not done by my mobile.I have feared of Sim Hacking so please take corrective action.
