[Resolved] Vodafone Punjab — miss behaviour of customer care | |||
hello sir i am deepak uppal today on 20 may 2010 time 10:53 am i got call on my no. [protected] from vodafone customer care person. no. is [protected]. i dont know the name of that person he called me and i am busy on that time he is talking about plan for 65 rupee package on postpaid to free vodafone to vodafone 500 mins. i just saying yes yes to him. later i said that i am little busy i hear your plan. then he reply "sir maine sara plan bata diya aab aap keh rahe ho main busy hun. pehle nahi bata sakte the" then i said him. i ask you to call me why u call me ? then he cut the phone 1 st i had not ask u to call me 2nd i[censored] call me how can u cut the phone of customer. with out listen him i have already so many problem with ur vodafone only problem is that i can't change my no. thanks hope u will take action on it deepak uppal Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is Gurraj.
i want to tell you that your vodafone department call on my no.[protected].they call for regarding caller tune services. i deactiveted this service earler.but again these call are start.and secondly before 4 day ago your department activate job alert service on my cell number for this they cutted rs 30 in my account.i dont know that how are they avtivate this service without my purmission...i also call to your customer care center but nobody attending my call.
plzz plzzz deactivate this service otherwise again rs 30 will be deduct in my account.
SO PLZ HELP ME SIR I WILL BE GREAT THANKFUL...

I am a vodafone postpaid customer from Amritsar.Whenever i call vodafone customer care number is busy.
This is not a problem.But to ask about some help regarding de-activation of Caller tune, when i went to prepaid dealer he clearly told tht go to vodafone office, i cant help you.
This is the attitude of Vodafone dealers.They are good for one thing selling the card and thats it.No more interaction they want with the customer.

Vodafone — Miss Behaviour of agent and no help
Sir Respected sirI want to file a complaint against two agents of vodafone. From them one is Anmol And Second is Gurdyal (something like that ). Sir I have called on your helpline number [protected] between 10:40 pm - 10:55 pm on 23-october-2009 regarding my recharge of Rs. 110 from my number but i was not satisfied by the information given by your agent, he started abuseing me and give me wrong number of noodel officer of vodafone. Is this your coustmerservice ? I am your regular coustmer from last 3 years. I have never made time pass calls to your help line number. Always i have called you only regarding my problem. Again i make call on your helpline number to talk to your team leader regarding the same issue but your agent Gurdyal singh put me hold and disconnect my number. After that i hade made agin call to your helpline number again third time your agent said that i am transfering your call to TL but he make my fool. I think this is your coustmer service.After that i make calls many time but all of your agents disconect my call.So Sir from whome i take help. Can you give me anshwer of my question.if not then i am ready to disconnect my number. If you want to see me as your coustmer so pls do something regarding my problem.Other wise i am happy to take services of Airtel or other service provider.
At all i have found that vodafone is not a good company to provide services
