[Resolved] Vodafone — Recharge failed but amount not credited to bank account | |||
Dear Sir/Madam It is to inform that myself Susanta das with a new vodafone connection made a recharge of Rs 57 thorugh the vodafone online recharge but the amount was not succesfuly recharged and then i had to make an FRC for the no from the nearest Vodafone mini store.Than i had made call to the cuctomer care speaking to executives named Pradeep Kumar Phukan defining him the same and then to the suoer executive Abhishek Roy.The super visor Abhishek Roy asked me to visit the nearest vodafone mini store and if i dont get any positive feed back i was asked to contact him,so i did went to the ministore named JIJu's communication near beltola tinali,guwahati.The executive at the ministore said me to visit Anil Plaza for the problem,then as told by Abhishek roy i tried to contact him but my call was holded on for 32 min and then i cudnt contact him and get the proper feedback. The unsuccesful recharge message from vodafone says that the amt wud be credited to my unionbank account [protected] fro which deductions are made and the unsuccesful transaction id from vodafone is rodcit[protected]on 19/02/2013) I would be very helpful if you take a look and solve the problem as fast possible with necessary measure against the executives and make the refunds from the concerned party. Vodafone — Amount not credited after a online recharge
HiI made payment thru online to recharge my vodafone mobile on sunday (24/11/2009) for the amount rs 51 at 04:59:14 AM .Its Payment transaction reference number is: MUTI[protected]. But so far the amount has not been credited in my balance and the worst part is that i rang up the customer service two times but all in vain . pls do the neefull at the earliest
