[Resolved]  Vodafone — Rude behaviour of customer care executive

Sir,

Yesterday i went to the locat vodafone care office in my city, just to have internet facilities on my number. I told them that i have a postpaid number and want to activate internet on it. They replied that it will be activated to your phone by tomorrow. I came back home.

In the evening i called up customer care number 111, had a chat with the executive named as " Sunil ". I told him about my enquiry about the activation of internet on my number. He told me that this number is on the name of my firm, I said YES it is the number given to me by my employer. He said to have internet activation on this number you have deposit a written permission of your firm in our vodafone care office on the letter head of your firm.

I told him that i visited your vodafone care office but they dint tell me about this whole process, why? Then, suddenly sunil started talking in loud voice. He said i dont know about the vodafone care or their employees what they told you. Listen me what i m saying. I said but whats the benefit of visiting you vodafone care offices if they cant serve with whole process.

He was showing very messy attitude, he was so overly loud, so rude.

Really i m very upset by you services. I want that you should take my matter into utmost consideration, and give me a positive outcome of my this dispute. otherwise sorry to say that i have to apply for number portability.

Vodafone — dirty and rude customer service a

my phone was disconnected, when i called the vodafone office i was disconnected twice and finally i spoke to vijay who happily said he would transfer the call to his manager but did not and had disconnected the call...i was not intimated about the disconnection and they were very rude...Unfortunately we cannot take the same number and transfer to a different mobile service or else i would have never stayed with vodafone
I have taken a new prepaid connection. Which they have deactivated mentioning doc not submited. I have submited the doc twice. I am also using a post paid number for last 3yrs. I have requested they to issue the new prepaid connection on behalf of my post paid number as both the number are in my name and same address.
I have paid Rs 235.00
Rs 100.00 for new prepaid connection
Rs 100.00 for top up talk time coupon
Rs 35.00 for SMS coupon

As I told to refund me the money as the number is not active and i have not use the service. They refuse to do so.

It is now 3rd day my number is not working...

I WOULD
LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FORUM THAT VODAFONE NEVER SENT ME BILLS BUT KEPT CALLING ME AND THREATNING ME TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS AND I REFUSED TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNTILL I RECEIVE MY BILLS. COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK 2 COLLECTION EXECUTIVES CAME HOME AND WERE TRYING TO BE RUDE AND FORCED ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS. I REQUESTED THEM TO SEND ME BILLS AND A APOLOGISATION LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE WHO WAS RUDE TO ME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET IT AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. IN THE MEAN TIME I GOT A LEGAL NOTICE FROM SOMEWHERE AND I REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT. I WILL CLEAR MY BILLS ONLY WHEN I GET AN APOLOGISATION LETTER FROM VODAFONE ALONG WITH MY PAST BILLS. VODAFONE IS SPOILING THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND THE CONSUMER FORUMS SHOULD FIND A WAY TO DEAL WITH THEM. ITS HIGH TIME.

vodafoneIN — unwanted activation

3/4 weeks before one offer activated n my mobile automatically. i called to customer care to ask about it. then they told their systems are updating thats why it happened and they told i will get back my money within 24 hours. i called 9 times to vodafone care. and i just asked to deactivate this offer. and i told them i dont want my money also. my call rate was 30paise per minute to vodafone to vodafone. now i m loosing 60paise per minute. i lost 21 rupees also. pls kindly deactivate this offer. because i am very poor..

Vodafone — Bad Behaviour of the Vodafone Customer Care Employee

I am Saurabh Goswami from Faridabad. I want to register a COMPLAINT against one of your Vodafone Customer Support employee: Mr. Tarun who is providing support from Okhla centre New Delhi.

I had a talk with him on 4th July, 2009 i.e Saturday at around 11:20 A.M regarding the issue with my Bill.
When I called customer care for the issue, he picked up the phone and I explained him the issue and it seemed that he was not interested in the issue and later when I said that I want to talk to the Supervisor regarding the issue, he denied that and put me on hold.

I guess I dont expect such poor customer handling from the Vodafone Customer care as I myself is using Vodafone for such a long time.

I dont think he was even HAPPY TO HELP as per your slogan.

A person was sent by Vodafone for collection of payment.

The person was extremely rude and didnt have any manners of talking.

This is extremelu unprofessional. Vodafone should be sued for hiring such kind of people.
I am a prepaid user and my phone number is [protected]. As i am keeping very busy in office attending lectures and meetings i would request you to stop disturb me with your promotional calls. In a day i receive roughly arround 30 calls which is becoming very irritating to me.
I am sure i am clear in my views and feelings. So kindly look into the matter and suspend all promo calls to my number.

Two of the Vodafone executive abused me badly on the call for no reason. I am planning to file an FIR against vodafone customer care.

Vodafone — Rude customer service executive

My Name is Deepa Desai. I have two vodafone connections.
I have made complaints for network and aslo as I was unable to dial land line nos from the Vodafone connection.
I had received a call from Vodafone no[protected] at 8.19 am from Prasanna.
He was very rude, he said he was not interested, neither did he have any tine to hear to my complaints.

I need to understand, how can some one be so rude, being in customer service. Neither was he interested in listening to me.

I need a response to this complaint.

Vodafone — Rude behaviour of Vodafone Executive

I was purchased new post connection (Mob no [protected]) from vodaphone before 20 days but its not activate still when i clled up vodaphone executive (no [protected] & [protected]- Simran) & i was informed that my resi verification was negative as not resinding however verifier was visit wrong address, i provide the correct residence to executive and requested for new verification on correct after this, this is 15 days passed no any body visit to residence for verification, now when i called up on mention talk with abusing

Sir,

This is regarding a call I received on[protected] from the customer care department of Vodafone,Delhi at 5:20 pm by Mr Kunal,Customer Care executive.

I am very disappointed with the rude behavior of the Customer Care personnel.Following were statements made by him:

1)When asked about what resolution Vodafone is going to take regarding the loss I have incurred in terms of money,time and metal frustration, the reply was "We cannot share the details,you are free to go to the court".
2)He said I cannot repeat my statements again and again.
3)He said that there is no provision of compensation when I asked Vodafone to make up for the losses.
4)He hung up the phone on my face when I was trying to make a statement.

This debate happened over an issue where it took Vodafone a period of 6 months to deactivate a chat service enabled by mistake on my number.This caused a lot of mental frustration and unnecessary deduction of subscription amount from my account.

In the light of the above pints,I do not understand,with such a pathetic customer interaction how can Vodafone do well in telecom industry.Definitely the only way out is to extract money out of innocent customers without their consent (As they did in my case by not stopping an accidentally activated service).

I hope the concerned authorities would look into this and safeguard customers rights.

it was my mistake to call customer care for assistance, while i was unable to entertain the vodafone net connect service, even it was in activation mode for 1 month.
i called vodafone customer care on no [protected], and Rohit(care executive), recieved the call,this was the second time i made the call, after the problem couldn't be resolved after one,Mr. rohit argued with me, without solving my problems,
the care is appointed to listen a customer and resolve the issue, regarding one called rather to land up in argument.
its an exploitation of being me a customer of the service provider, my matter still not resolved while i made the call 3times already.
