[Resolved] Vodafone — Rude behaviour of customer care executive
Yesterday i went to the locat vodafone care office in my city, just to have internet facilities on my number. I told them that i have a postpaid number and want to activate internet on it. They replied that it will be activated to your phone by tomorrow. I came back home.
In the evening i called up customer care number 111, had a chat with the executive named as " Sunil ". I told him about my enquiry about the activation of internet on my number. He told me that this number is on the name of my firm, I said YES it is the number given to me by my employer. He said to have internet activation on this number you have deposit a written permission of your firm in our vodafone care office on the letter head of your firm.
I told him that i visited your vodafone care office but they dint tell me about this whole process, why? Then, suddenly sunil started talking in loud voice. He said i dont know about the vodafone care or their employees what they told you. Listen me what i m saying. I said but whats the benefit of visiting you vodafone care offices if they cant serve with whole process.
He was showing very messy attitude, he was so overly loud, so rude.
Really i m very upset by you services. I want that you should take my matter into utmost consideration, and give me a positive outcome of my this dispute. otherwise sorry to say that i have to apply for number portability.
