[Resolved] Vodafone — fnf service charges | |||
Dear sir, I am shiv kumar. My mobile number is [protected]. i am used your company from last three years. my complaint is yesterday i request to vodafone for activation of friend and faimily service. i sent the request on 144 after sometime i received the reply this serivce can not be activated so it is ok but as well as fifteen rupees deduct from my account. but the service is not activated. so i call to coustomer care. they said to me you have used the other service one paise per minute. So due to this service fnf service can not be activated. so i said ok So there is i have quetion if the service can not be activated the how can you deduct the balanace.if you can give me any thing then how can you get from me the charges. your customer carerer said this the company's policy. so if this the company's policy then it is very bad and i can not cotinues with your company. if you can do for me something then plaese wawe my charges.other wise i will go with ant other telecome company. i am very hopeful from you.
