While calling 121, the information i got was, i[censored] recharge with a cummulative value of Rs 830 within november 2010, then a additional talk time of Rs 42 will be credited to my account. I recharged more than that within nov 2010 but i didnt get my extra talk time. At the same time i got a message saying that if you recharge with Rs 222 , you will get talktime of Rs 264. I got this amount. When i called customer care for complaint, one guy told me that the extra talktime has been credited to you, another guy told that it will be credited within 48 hrs, another guy told that it will be done in 24 hrs, and atlast one guy told that this offer cannot be taken if we recharge for Rs 830 directly and I replied that i did a cumulative recharge only, and the response came like , not only the cummulative rechrge should be more that Rs 830, the balance should also be more than Rs 830, then only it will be provided.
Now here comes my question, if I recharge for one time, without low balance why should i recharge for next time?
When there is enough balance in my mobile why should i again and agian recharge unnecessarily? Are we mental to recharge again if there is enough balance?
Then what is the aim and use of this offer?

vodafone-India — barring of outgoin calls
i am complaining against vodafone(india).i have a mobile connection of vodafone.i have been using these connection since one year 3 months.But due to flaw in the vodafone billilng system, every now and then they barr my phone and all its services.They have provided me with the credit limit of 3300/-.But never ever have i crossed the credit limit, but because of flaw in billing system of vodafone they make me cross the credit limit.90% of my calls are STD calls, and the unbilled amount is charged on the basis of rs.2.40/min.which is being discounted once in a month to my original rate that is rs 1/min.but for the whole month i am being harassed by vodafone calls for crossing the credit limit, when actually i m not crossing it.
