Sir / mam This is 3rd time i m registering against vodafone. Regarding non recieving of sms from banks dishtv, and other companies. On this site i have registered complaint n 10 th aug and 17 aug. But but problem has not been rectified till date. Very very poor service of vodafone Unable to rectify my complaint after so many complaints. My recent complaint number is 96578076. Dear mr. Sharma Thank you for your request dated 17-aug-2012 regarding not receiving sms. This is what i have recieved from vodafone "we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you; moreover wish to inform you that we have already forwarded your complaint to our concerned department and we are already working on your issue regarding the unable to receive bank alerts from punjab national bank. Furthermore, we would also like to request you to provide us the error log report from the bank/respective institution or message headers so that we can get it checked from our concerned team that if the online transactional alerts are sent by the bank than why are the alerts not getting delivered to you and as soon as you provide us the error log report, we would definitely try to resolve the issue at earliest as possible, same has been informed to you as well."""""""""""""""""""""""every time they call me and asked me to provide message header. For your kind information this is not duty of a customer to provide these technical details. I am also using other companies mobiles no one has asked me these types of nonsense questions and it was told to me that my problem will be solved by 28 th august 2012 but till date nothing happened from vodafone. I have asked dishtv they told me my number is in dnc (Donot call) but when i checked from vodafone it has been told to me that its is not registered in dnd. No one is ready to listen and solve my problem. Vodafone — Unwanted Calls By dish tv
hi , i have purchased My vodaphone No.-[protected]. But Past some days i have been regularly called up by dishtv to recharge dish tv while i dont have such DTH facility . But when i come in Roaming I have been called 8 times in 5 minutes . so please Stop these, i have already registered for DND For Past 55 Days.Its been 2 months to purchase a number.Regards

sir mere mobile par apne apne aap ek sms alert ki service activater kar rakhi he jisse me deactivate karane ke liye kai baar vodaphone store par ja chuka hu but vo deactivate nai ho rahi he or every month uske charges mere balance me se cut jaate hevodaphone store par complaint no diye he
