[Resolved] Vodafone Tamil Nadu — 3G activation | |||
Dear sir, This is A.Balakrishnan, VIT University vellore, I bought a vodafone usb 3g data card on 23 of march 2011, and i sent 3g activation message also but i could`t connect to 3g service, so i called to vodafone customer care, they told that there is no 3g service in vellore, but in vellore vodafone launched 3g service in two tower that towers are situated near VIT university, and in my mobile also it showes the 3g tower signel when i manualy search the net work, more than that some staffs came from vodafone and they showed the demo of vodafone 3g so only i bought 3g usb stick, today[protected] i calleed to vellore vodafone service and i directly met him. his name is mohan who is working in vellore for vodafone. he told that he send a email to concern department yesterday night[protected] at 09.37pm, but there is no response from vodafone. so i called to combature head office and i registered my complain, but still now thhere is no response from vodafone. i am worrying lot for this, how can a multinational company can be like this, i spend 2100 for my usb stick i dot know what to do, so i am requesting please take action immediately Other details: mobile number-[protected] sim no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanx a lot for your response i m very happy...
But till now its Not Activated waiting for that...again i called to cus.care many times but no use, you please
try to solve my problem its giving more tension for me...
today i called to cus.care and said my Reference No:[protected], service request number 10402231
what is use of both above i mentioned? In cus.care itself was telling that better you change to someother network and they gave idea to me how to change to other network...example PORT [protected]
They asked me to send this to 1990...and i sent immdly i got Unique Porting code is VT498323...
thanx a lot for your excellent service and you gave wonderful response for my 8years uses in Vodafone...
i[censored] dont want me means you please repond my money 224Rs immdly..so that i will change to AIRTEL..
as per you mail i did 3months booster pack at 7/11/2011 at 1.43pm...till now its not activated??????
you please take necessary and do needful for me...
But i very much like VODAFONE... i addited for VODAFONE...I LOVE VODAFONE...
also i made booster pack for roaming 60Rs
what ever your final dicision you please mail to me...
according to that i will move to next stpe ...
