[Resolved] Vodafone — Terrible Network issue | |||
Hi, This is to state that i have a huge netwotk issue in my area in Badlapur (East).. i have been calling the customer care often but they just forward the call to their network department the guys from network depatment say that i will receive the call from vodafone side.. with in 24-48 hours, but the call never came...and the issue still persists A complaint with complaint-number [protected] had been registered with vodafone on 26 july 2013 but then till now there hasn't been any update from their side.. i called them for the status 2 times in august but they just say that the matter has been driven to high priority but no action taken yet. They keep telling that people are working on the Network tower to enhance the signals.. but no affect. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have shared my details as said by you, kindly take action asap.
This is becoming a burden. As a corporate customer i miss many important calls and not able to GPRS for which i pay 99 rupees monthly.
