[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical Practice | |||
I am Vodafone subscriber having mobile no. [protected]. My services has been disconnected saying payment is pending. I have already made the payment of Rs. 630 through net banking and the payment is already debited from my ICICI Bank account. The customer care is worthless and non cooperative. How can they disconnect the services without intimation to the user. Strict legal action will be taken against Vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||
