[Resolved] Vodafone — using abusive | |||
my self ankit. i am using my vodafone no. from the last 4 years regularly and my no. is [protected]. i call customer care regarding some queries and the named baljeet singh pick up the call on may 2011 and they starts abusive with me without any reasons..i don't the accurate date but i[censored] see my complaints than than will will be able to the accurate date on when baljeet pick up my call. You can also check my call record to know that ehos mistake when ill call to talk. I call again and starts to register the complain for baljeet to take strict action on them... i am not satisfied with the vodafone care..and i want to stop vodafone services to provide its bad services to the customer. please take proper action to the vodafone care... thanking you from ankit Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — customer care was abusive
my name is sindhu, i had a vodafone number mobile no;[protected], i lost the mobile with the simcard last saturday on the 08/01/2009, i had called into customer service on the same day at about 9:00 to inform about the same also i wanted to have the last dialled number which was dialled from tht sim as it was the number of my father.since i had lost the sim i had lost the contacts and i had to call him as he was in the hospital, i explained the sitauation to a aperson who could not help me, when i asked for a supervisor he just placed me on hold and transferred me to the post paid department who did not know what was happening and i had to explain the whole story again.he just was so rude and he told he cant help me and he will transfer my call back to the prepaid department as my number was a prepaid connection.i told him i have been transferred twice now i just want to speak to somebody in authority to express my dissatisfaction. he told he cant put me through to anyone and hung up. the next day when i called back again i spoke to another person name"Avinash" and he was so rude he was abusive and he told me why are u speaking to me hang up and then finaaly he hung up on me. i was very very upset with this sort of service i have received form the customer service, i ope this is being looked into and the relevant action is taken, i will not go with vodafone again i have switched to Airtel just because of teh customer service.
