[Resolved] Vodafone — Non payment disconnection | |||
Phase 1 [protected] I ported my CellOne mobile no. to Vodafone in February 2011. Before the porting was complete I had cleared all dues with CellOne. In April 2011, Vodafone sent me a letter which mentioned that I have not payed the last bill of Rs.169 for CellOne and asked me to clear it to avoid disconnection. I had already payed the said bill on 6th February 2011,hence I email Vodafone stating the same and also attached the payment receipt along with the email and they confirmed over phone that the issue has been resolved. Phase 2 [protected] In September 2011,I received another letter from Vodafone with the same content as above and I replied back immediately. After several phone calls and unnecessary harassment, the issue was resolved. Phase 3 [protected] In October 2011, I received another fresh letter from Vodafone with the same content and threatening to disconnect the connection on non payment. The same episode followed and after several emails and phone calls, Vodafone confirmed over mail that there is no further outstanding. My email on 26-Oct-2011 is pasted below: "Hi, This is in reference to your letter with the above reference dated 20th Oct 2011. I would like to bring this to your notice that I have already made the payment of Rs.169.00 on 06 Feb 2011 and the Receipt No. is[protected] and Transaction ID is TXC[protected] . This is the third time (last 2 mails sent on 27th September and 13th April)I am sending you the details along with the receipt as attachment and I expect you to act professionally and take action on the same instead of hasseling your customers. Subhro Biswas" Phase 4 [protected] In December 2011, I received the fourth letter dated 13.12.11 with the same content and threatening to disconnect the connection if the payment of Rs.169 is not cleared with CellOne 31.12.11. I would like to appeal to the forum to give me justice and liaise with Vodafone to put an end to this unnecessary harassment. I am attaching the last email by Vodafone on 26.10.11 confirming that there are no dues (I also contains the chain mail).. With Regards Subhro Biswas. ================================================================================...⇄ Mailbox of mailsb Subject: Ref: Vodafone mobile number [protected] [REF:[protected]] From: Corporate Care <corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com> on Wed, 26 Oct 2011 17:26:26 To: <[protected]@rediffmail.com> 1 attachment(s) - rptinvoicetdetails.pdf (35.59KB) Dear Mr. Biswas, Thank you for your e-mail dated 26/10/2011 with regard to your Vodafone number [protected].
