[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong bill | |||
I am working in Fluor Daniel India Pvt. Ltd. and last month I have changed my mobile service provider to Vodafone through mobile portability. I am attaching here my corporate plan (refer attached sheet 6), As per this plan my bill should be 150 Rs. around instead of Vodafone charged 445 Rs. not considering my corporate plan. I have done so much call & e-mail to Vodafone Customer care, their is no any positive reply (refer attached). Request you to look in to matter & help me out asap. Vodafone Postpaid Connection — wrong information regarding phone bill
this is to inform you that i had vodaphone postpaid connection from last year and as thier executive come to collect bill ,they told that there should not be any late fees and they collect it after deducting the late fees but thier billing statement keep on adding the late fees and there is some mislanious charges which is not defined correctly now they have bared my services,and i am called their executive to collect the bill from last 10 days but no one came yet , may be this is their trick to harrass the consumer and send the executive after billing date , today i called another person from other collection department (innova communication ) which came to collect the bill .
i need a clearification from vodaphone pvt ltd.

I am Dhananjay Sharma, I was one of the customer of vodaphone with no : [protected]. I am very much frustrated about your services . I have purchased one post paid connection with Plan of Rs.299/ plan. In which I was getting local vodaphone to vodaphone 1000msg as well as local @10paisa.( I have the Offer details which I have received through courier) But The itemized bill which I have received is charging Rs.1 for local calls and 1.50for msgs. When I have used your connection for one month why should I pay 2 month rental .? You have charged 49 for itemized bill but you sent duplicate bill, when I call to your customer care on 22 feb they assured me that they will send the itemized but again you charged Rs49 and sent the duplicate bill. After continuous call to your customer care I get a reward that they disconnected my services and I received itemized bill details in the 2nd week of March I have made request for the correction of the same. But till date no one has reverted back . But I am getting phone call for the payment of pending bill many times, even one of the executive of legal department also twice visited my residence and given threat for the payment of pending bill. When I made a call to Mr. Manish Tyagi ( legal Advisor Voda phone ) sector- 57 Noida Ph : [protected]. He also assured me that he will communicate this issue to Vodaphone .Even today I have received one call for the pending payment form the [protected] when I asked your executive to give me my complaint no she refused and disconnected my phone. Now I Have only one option ie. To launch one complaint in consumer court . I am waiting fro your response if you want to settle this issue contact me on the below given number with in a week. After that I will do what I want to do

really i m very angry with this service because always i didn't recived any message ki my planned was changed automatically how can change my plan actually i purchased this card before 3 yrs. that time my plan was 0 rental plan now its changed automatically o body informed me and its outgoing chrges something 2.40 paise how ur people changed this plan without inform to customer? do u know each month my bill goes to 2500 because o[censored] only. i didnt recived any message ki my plan was changed and my outgoing charges is too much high.
now i m mumbai my romaing is automatically activated i m trying customer care but nobody is recived my call two times i m long time on holding then where i go and complaint thats why today i complaint thrugh net. plz help me its too high bill amount. only for ur mistake today i have to pay 6429 Rs. bill amount this is not possible for me every month.

I am satish i had taken a postpaid connection in last week .but the sim card is replaced more than 2 time.my new no is [protected] and sim no is H[protected].that sim is not activated still now .your executive name is prasanth, [protected], he is also not responding to my calls.what type of service is provinding to customers.when it will be activated???almost 10 days completed.

i heve approched by vadafone exicutive on 22-09-08 for shift of my prepaid to post pad .at the time of application filling i was told by the exicutive that total process time will be 48 hours.but my connction was terminated on 27-09-08.after that i was contacted several times to that executive and also to costemer care, nobody was responding my number is [protected].i have so motch work with that phone if not possible cancle the shifting and resume the service

i m fedup from ur costumer care n ur billing deppt. They don’t care of mine. I face problem from last one year. in print bill shows previous balance but I have not any previous balance. Please check my all previous details n solve the problem.

I WAS IN NEED OF 50 NOS.OF VODAFONE NEW CONNECTION AND ACCORDINGLY YOUR EXECUTIVES VISIT WAS SOUGHT. THE EXECUTIVE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO VISIT MY PERMISES FOR THE SAID CONNECTIONS .SURPTISINGLY MY CONNECTIONS HAS NOT GOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE BUT I HAVE STARTING RECEIVING BILLS FOR THE SAME SINCE LAST MONTH . DUE TO THE DELAY IN THE ACTIVATION PROCESS I HAVE TIED UP WITH AIRTEL AND I DONT REQUIRE YOUR CONNECTIONS ANY MORE.
IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED THAT THE NECESSARY REVERSAL ENTERIES BE MADE AT YOUR END IMMEDIATELY.

Vodafone-- Post Paid — Wrong Bill
Sir/Madam,I have been charged Rs42 plus tax extra for billing cycle 2nd Mar- 1st April. This 42 is charged for 31 SMS made on 1st April between 3PM- To 5PM. But the fact is that I have never made any SMS on that day. In fact I hardly use sms service. And most these smses are made to number which does not exit in my address book and I tried to call that number it is always out of coverage. I call the call center as usual got the answer that system is showing that I made sms and it can't be revert.
Please take action.
