[Resolved]  Voltas Ac — Customer service sucks

I have bought Vertis elite 1 ton split AC from "R.A electronics, panch bati bharuch". Within a months time, i have a water dripping problem from the pipe. On complaining to R.A electronics, he did not respond for 8 days and on calling again, he said conveyance charges(Rs 150/-) has to be paid and even after this he does not guarentee immediate service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?

voltas split 1.5t vertis elegant — v v poor service

we purchased voltas spilit elegant on 5th jun 2011 just after 2 month its water tray damaged.. company gives 2 yr waranty .we placed our compliant many times at service center . but we r not getting any satisfactory response ...when we call at service center everytime thay said same thing sir we don't have the spare part and as we will recive the part u will get the service ..we are very upset againt voltas.just 5th jun we purchsed it n waste the money 35000 n our ac is not in working condition ..
but they r not telling specific time. that how long it will take...we complaint there also where we have have purchased(hariom retail pvt lmtd)...also they did'nt any response. now wat we should do???

Voltas India Ltd. — Replacement of new purchased split AC

Sir,
I wish to draw your kind attaention toward my problem I have bought the new Split AC -voltas Vertis Gemini1.0 ton on-27 April 2911 from dealer Arvee Sales, J-15, Central Market (copy attached). From the Day installation, I found it manufacturing defect. It is not properly cooling. In this connection, I complained and an engineer visited and check but do not understand problems. After this two more engineer were sent for checking and they informed that there is gas problems. In this connection, again complained and this time the engineer visited and informed that there is gas problem as well as PCB problem that needs to be changed.
Now I visited the Votas Regional Office at A-43, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 5th July 2011 and handed over a letter to Mr. Umesh for replacement of the AC on which he has remarked “Today sent the Technician to replace PCB” (copy attached) and a copy handed over to me and assured me that after this the AC will be properly working after replacement of PCB. If AC does not cool the room properly it may be replaced. Next day, two engineer visited and changed the PCB but problem is remain same. Then they sent a person named Sanjay Singh for filling the Gas. They checked the gas in the outer unit and found that there is no gas problem yet they filled more gas. After all of these, the problem is remain same.
I again complained for the replacement of the AC and I have been given the complaint Number 11SP0300309 on 3 Sept. 2011 and next day i.e. 4.9.2011 two Engineers named Roshan and Avinash who visited my home the AC and a Service Report has been handed over to me. They have wrongly mentioned the expiry date as 27.4.2011 in place 27.4.2012 and there remarks which I can not understanding the remark’s meaning.(copy attached. I also telephonically discussed the matter with Mr. Hasan, Voltas Service Centre on 6.9.2011 at around 5:.00 pm and requested to look into the matter.
It is, therefore, requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action for replacement of said AC as early as possible.

Voltas Vertis Premium A / C — A/C not working properly after repairs

I am very unhappy to bring to your kind notice that , my voltas vertis premium got complaint of capillary block after warranty period for which your service engineer came and repaired the a/c twice charging RS.2000 , but the complaint was not rectified and now they are saying compressor was not working and they will again take and have to change the compressor and will charge again . if they had examined it properly at the time of repair they could had recognized this complaint about compressor .I cant spend any more money for the repairs that has no garranty , for last few months iam suffering because of a/c problem, waste of time and waste of money for me. Iam a urologist staying in PG quarters at king george hospital, i bought the a/c 1yr back and after me four other post graduates bought voltas company a/c upon my advice and one of them had similar complaints,kindly consider my plea and get my a/c repaired.I am here with sending the previous complaint number 11SP2704882, kindly do justice as early as possible.

useless service, since AMC the local service venfors are not paying attention in chennai, kindly look in to it. they are taking their own sweet time to clear the same.
If this kind o[censored]seless service going to exist u will lose the market .6 months ols AC is getting in to problem and service people are taking their own time to clear the same for almost 7 days. pathetic service from voltas. better shut ur shop.

VOLTAS — BAD QUALITY OF PRODUCT

I HAVE PURCHASE THE VOLTAS AC MODEL VERTIS GOLD I. ITS A FIVE STAR RATING MACHINE.
TILL NOW ONE YEAR COMPLETED. BUT MANY TIMES IT IS REPAIRED.

I also bought voltas vertis xite ac 4 months back. I am facing various problems with the ac and service is also very poor. The AC is making very bad noise, remote is not working, my window ac contained the user manual of a split ac. I have called them 100 times but no response from them. I wont recommend anyone for voltas products.

VOLTAS LIMITED — Warranty Problem

I bought a Voltas A.C with voltas stapilizer, but within one day staplizer got malfunctioning. In this view i registered an complain regarding the staplizer but, there is one month to go till date no care taken regarding my staplizer. So I request to sort my problem so that I enjoy the service of AC and requesting the people who think to buy the Voltas AC that they must not go for Voltas AC bc'z they have the worst service in the india as well as world, they totally defaming the company as well.

I had purchased 1.5tn Voltas window ac from Bhagel Electronics, Sultanpur, New Delhi, on November 2011, which was installed on 15.4.2012 From the very first day is not working in the ac which could not be rectified by the company men. Company men told us that there was some manufacturing defect in the ac and would replace it to us with a new one. Since then almost 7days has been passed and they have not yet given us the replacement/ repair. You are requested to kindly look in the matter and let us know at the earliest as soon as possible.

We have purchased 2 nos. Voltas 2T split ACs by Invoice no. TW/2487 dt. 22/03/2012 against our Order no [protected] from JK Cement works, Nimbahera.. But I am sorry to inform you that both ACs are out of order. We have lodged a complaind by complaint no. 12AP1704804 on dated[protected] against the problem. Yr. engineer Mr. dinesh has attended the complaint on dated[protected] from Jaipur. But the very next day again both ACs were not working. Regarding the problem again we have talked to yr. Jaipur office on phone and re-lodged the complaint on[protected] by complaint no. 12AP2106055.
Jaipur office assured us that they will attend the complaint within 48 hrs. But sorry to say no body turned up. We have given several reminders and talked to different persons viz: Ms.Poonam, Mr. Robbin at Jaipur on phone on dated[protected],[protected] respectively.They said that they are sending engineer but still the complaint has not been attended.
Therefore, you are requested to pl. attend the problem immediately. A line in this regard is solicited. Matter is urgent.

This is absolutely true. To any complaints even in the warranty period, the service centre is so lethargic and slow, we get irritated. This is happening in the Pondicherry U T. Is there any office that ontrol these so called service centre?

I have purchased Voltas Window 1.5 ton elite ac on 30th may 2012 and lodged a compliant on 5th may 2012 but till 11th night no body visited to my place and resolved the issue .Customer care executive are so irresponsilble and ill behaved to explain. I want the my issue to be resolved by tommorrow that is 12th may12 else I will be taking legal action by viviting consumer court personaly .They have commited their SLA to be 24 hrs. I also want some action to be taken on below customer care executive and inform me about the action taken. I dont want any harsh action.

I bought a 1.5 ton window AC. Its compressor is producing sound as if some tractor is running. I have given a complaint, no is 12my0906628. For last two weeks I am registering my complaint. Evertime they assure me that their technician will reach in next 24 hours. More than a week has elasped but to no success.I feeling quite helpless.

I purchased Voltas 1.5T window a/c from M/s Snehanjali, wide their Invoice no.120118 dt. 11.4.2010. In spite of my frequent phone calls
to the vendor m/s Snehanjali many times, nobody attended first two free services.Voltas toll free number[protected] was found
busy whenever I called. Even today I tried at least 10 times same toll free no. as well as call center no.66656888, there was no response as
the line busy. Although I regularly clean the filter screen plate, there is some problem, there is not much cooling effect. I hope this complaint
reaches concerned persons in M/s Voltas Ltd.

VOLTAS — air conditioner does not working

i have purchase an air conditioner 15/05/11 but in the month of april 2012 it was not working properly.ihave compiant in 02/may/2012,having case no-12MY0208162,i call daily but the company reply that your case in process,on 15/05/12 my product came out of warrenty ,but till that date the company can't slove my problem.please slove my probem
