[Resolved] Voltas Ac — Customer service sucks | |
I have bought Vertis elite 1 ton split AC from "R.A electronics, panch bati bharuch". Within a months time, i have a water dripping problem from the pipe. On complaining to R.A electronics, he did not respond for 8 days and on calling again, he said conveyance charges(Rs 150/-) has to be paid and even after this he does not guarentee immediate service. I have purchased a Voltas Emerald on the 06 may 2012 from Jai Shree Padmavathi Electronics dated 06may 2012 bearing Bill no 7102 and after purchase i got the AC Installed on 7th may during installation Inspite of our place allotment to the technician sent by the dealer has cut the copper tubing to mount the external unit on our neighbours wall, so he tried to braze additional copper tube multiple times and it was still leaking so when i left the terrace he somehow closed the the tubed and wrapped it with insulation but since the time of installation i am facing cooling problem, and water leaking inside the hall which damaged my Computer CRT and the indoor unit is making noise, i have reported the same to the dealer Jai Shree Padmavathi Electronics and requested him to replace the tubing since it was his technician mistake but i dint get any response from him and as well as no body has attended the problem.
somehow i spoke to the Voltas customer care executive and they took the complaint on 10 may bearing complain numbers 12MY1100438, 463 and 494 and they said their service engineer will attend the problem within 24hours but no body turned up for twodays and finally on 12th may their Engineer attended the problem and he managed to solve the water leakage problem but still i am faceing cooling and noise problem with the AC and now i am able to hear the leakage sound from the tubeing brazed.
I have again complained this problem to the customer care again bearing complain number 12my2403255 on the 24th of this month and they said their engineer will turnup within 24hours but no body has turned up till today 30th may, so i again contacted the customer care today and spoke to Mr Praveen but the respose was really poor .I
request voltas to replace the tubing and attend to the Noise problem and cooling problem on priority since the problem is hanging from almost 25days and i count use the AC in hot summer.
I spkoe to Mr Praveen, Ms Poornima and rachan but none of them are giving me response and Yesterday when i was talking to Mr Mithun from your customer care in the evening he was laughing at me during the call when i was explaining him my problem

I have booked a complaint for my split Ac not working on 12june12 service center at Amritsar under the name vision care is not providing me the service yesterday they allocated the machenic who was working some other side and I myself went to service centre they said that today your Ac will be fixed up but still nobody came.my complain number is 12ju1208437.please help me.
our split ac model veritas gold 2 ton is making huge noise in external unit. complaint no – 12JU1402327 logged on 14/06/2012 but no one has visited or called till date. the customer care executive Mr neeraj says it takes minimum of 5-7 days to attend complaint and may take 10-15 days to get the problem rectified. Is this the kind of Service TATA company is known for. Very sorry state of affairs at voltas
PATHETIC after sale service by VOLTAS. My Tushar water cooler compressor got burnt out within 60 days of buying it for Rs.27000/-. Nobody is fixing it up though we are suffering for the last 8-10 days.
Such irresponsible attitute by a company like Voltas is very disappointing.
Trust the company will take this bit seriously to save their repo in the market.

these people promise to revert back on next day! past 10 days i have been listening to this!!! i had filed the complaint on 23rd june 2012 and till d date i am calling them twice a day! every day they promise that someone will come to check that soon. humid season has come and we are tortured by these people, even after spending a heavy amount of money. there customer service sucks!!! my COMPLAINT NO. is 12JU2307162 ! if you guys have some shame left then at least send a technician now...!!!
VOLTAS — no serviceman are checking
i perched an AC volt as split 5star one month ago but no contact to me any corner till date. my cell no is [protected] I have booked a complaint for my split Ac not working on 15July12 service center, Complain no. 12JL1604720, this unit was purchase feb 2011 from Talk n Time Surat, from purchase dt. AC is not work properly till date. we complained around 5 times but no result found. please help me.
I agree with you. Even i am facing similiar issue. Within 2 months of purchase the AC is not working. On informing the concerned people, the repsonse time has been very slow. After 2 weeks they said that they have to take the AC fvor repairs. It has been more than 2 weeks now and i niether have the AC nor do i have any update from the Company. The Call centre number only says " apologise for the inconvenience and will have this resolved at the earliest" Last time they said that there is a fault in the condenser coil and the part is not in stock so they will revert after the part comes.
As consumer we feel cheated and harrased by a company from the TATA group ! ! ! ! !

Voltas - 1 ton Air Conditioner — Not giving Cooling at all
Sir/Madam,The Same A/c was repaired by VOLTAS people during March 12. Of Course they have changed the compressor and the Cooling pipe. But again for the past 2 months is not producing any cooling effect. Is that the way the A/c. should work. ? That too TATA's product.
i have lost my remote model no. 1.5TR Vertis Plus S, & i am not operating my air conditioner without remote.

I got complain number 13AU0102414.Useless service department. I am from Ahmedabad my voltase vertis gold 2.0 ton split ac is not working for a week. and cutomer care unit not help me for that just answering that responsibilites are of local contract based service centres. Even senior executive Mr. Siddharth is not answering properly..THIRD CLASS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN INDIA
I got a perfect machine but very poor after sale service.
Local service contact numbers[protected], 66301187, 66301188 are useless.
No one receive them for a long time and Mr. Ram, Mr. Bashir (or I can't here exactly) etc. are just showroom items.

I have complaint so many time on same toll free no. and talked with so many peoples on this no. even i have talked with some senior persons also, i have call them atleast 10 times, but nobody come and solve my problem. Now dear you tell me where I should go for this complaint. I Yashpal Wadhwa, have Lodged a complaint on 7th Nov'13 regarding the replacement of a front panel of Voltas Ac which broke down during service from service guy and after 3.5 months of follow up service center people calling and telling me we can't replace it because this doesn't come in warranty part.
Please reply back on urgent basis otherwise I have got everything to go in consumer court with recordings where I have been promised to deliver this .

Voltas must be manufacturing a good product but is backed by Disgusting and Dreadful service.
i called up the customer care on 29th April for servicing, was assured to receive the call and same day and the visit by the technician within 24 hrs. No call and neither a visit by the technician happened and as such after a wait of 4 days a follow up call to customer care on 4th May.
well on 5th May the technician did visit and after checking the ac, found the panel to be defective and ensured that by 7th May morning the rectified panel would fitted and the service of ac done.
Sorry to say, that day hasnt come yet, with growing frustation and agony, I called up the customer care and vented my frustation on 10th May. i was pacified with the assuration that the Engineer would visit the next day. with no visit of the Engineering the following day, i called up the customer care again on 11th May and again I received the same apologetic statement and assurance.
But very sorry to say the day is yet to come.
The Big Question - when will the AC be working?

but till now he didn't came to my home.he said so many reason bike repair, uint is there.i didn't understand how my complaint is closed at the fristtime.so the people wake up don't buy the voltas products, don't support the volts product.i am suggest don't buy this product

your AC model no 185D4 buied from NIJAWAN ELECTRONICS has problem and stopped working fter 5 days of installation.called your cust care but you hve hired government employees who do nothing except raising their voice. technician nmed RAJAN MOB:[protected] has visited and taken away parts and not returned and never bothered to call even after 72 hrs. very good service .. no reply from any part of voltas..pathethatic service.. you are spoiling the name of TATA.. this is my second AC..and im really sorry for this . i should hve gone with HITACHI ...or any other AC..for customers planning to buy AC.PLZ DONT BUY AC FROM VOLTAS OR TATA>>>THEY HAVE PATHETACIC SERVICE...YOU WILL SUFFER AS THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH AND TRUSTWORTHY AS WELL.
