AC — Non working

i bought an haier AC on 5 th may 2008 but it stopped working after a month.Despite lodging so many complaints there is no response from the company.It is damaging the health in terms of heat rashes on the skin of my baby with fungal infection due to heat and humudity.

sir i purchase a windows in 2002 of voltas co. after some days the gas of a.c. has leaked i said to dealer pls change the unit but he say it dosen matter i agree with him. but after that in every year the gas has leaked and i pay rs 1500 every time.
now this year i sold that unit to face so many problems and purchase a new split a.c. of voltas co. again to think that this co. has a good name and service but now this a.c. has also leaked the gas i told to the shopkeeper he also demand the charges to fill the gas but i want to change the unit please help me

I, Shalini Rajput Mendiratta bought a Voltas window AC, model-1.5 ton, vertis premium, dated-13/03/08, from City Electronics (tin no. [protected]), in Uttam Nagar. For approx. 7-8 months it worked properly but later, started making lot of noise and even the cooling was very less. When i called for service, your call centres never pick up calls for half an hr or sometimes longer than that, i tried many times but because of no response i had to go to a local dealer, so that they can call on my behalf. When they came for service they told us that even the compressor have stopped working, they said they'll be taking the AC to the service station the next day but it took them almost a week to take the device and that too after calling Mr Deepak again n again, who is the supervisor of faridabad branch. Then again after the repair it took them more then a week to get it back, and you can imagine in tese hot summers, how we have passed our time. They came and fixed it but later again the cooling was fine but the noise is still the same, the whole new AC is in mess, they dint fix it properly, the frame is deshaped.

I am highly disappointed with the kind of service your company has, I need you to consider my case and please do the needful. Otherwise I have to take it to some higher authority. Awaiting for a favourable response.

Sir, I have purchased 2 split ACs from Reliance Digital on 27th March 2011. One AC is working fine. But the other AC has multiple problems. The fitting was wrong. There was water leaking from it.The service engineer who fitted the AC demanded 2000 Rs and did a very pathetic job. By repeated calling to Reliance Digital another engineer came and rectified it. Immediately after that, there was gas leakage problem and the AC never provided any cooling. We again started calling to the Reliance Digital to rectify this defect. They always do not respond and neither show any attention to provide service. On repeated struggles with them, they filled the gas but the problem repeated again and again. I have 3 full proofs recorded in the service engineers log sheet having the same compliant of gas leakage and filled. But it never ever works properly.
The Reliance digital guys trouble to extend my warranty for another 2 years now. Already while purchasing it I had to pay 2 years warranty.

Sir, I am fed up with the AC. Highly disappointed with Voltas. Worried about recommending it to others having made a very bad choice. My downstairs bedroom has Samsung AC and it works absolutely fine. The problem is with providing defective piece and Reliance digital doing tragic job.
Appreciate your help in this regard. What else can I do being a common Man. In search of a lawyer to put a complaint in the consumer court.

Sir, I have purchased 1 window AC from from yours dealer in vrindaban 19 Apr 2012. After few day i have registered the comp regarding fan speed in May 2013.Tec attend the comp .and say this is the new AC after some day it worked properly.but in this year in 10th April AC Fan motor is sudenlly out of order.i have registered a comp in your tollfree Nos.Tec.came and rectified the prom. after few hours same accour problem.again i inform to urs service center.My AC 05 time dismantlement for same problem.then he replace my fan motor but that motor is already burned in another costumer AC.tec bind the motor in local market and installed my AC.but tonight my Ac heaving same that time i request to yours service center owner plz installed a new motor in my AC because after few day AC warranty is over then he say no prob i am here you have no problem in future about the fan my AC warranty is finished.what i do now.if company provide me new motor that time my problem is yours service engg.say i have to pay for rectified the comp.this is not good for a reputed company and good brand name product

There is always some problem in my AC every 2 months.Once in every 2 months I have to get it repaired and they charge huge amounts.Now again there is gas leakage problem.
