[Resolved] Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — took my money and not giving me my Data Card | |||
I am Gaurav Agarwal, i ordered Reliance Data Card on line through my credit card on 6th of Aug . i got the confirmation that my payment is been done and was given the Reference Number- 3892909. after making my payment i contacted to them ,they said they dint received my payment . I checked with my bank n my credit card statement and found that transaction was done . I am here by attaching my credit card statement which clearly shows the payment is been done.i mailed them n told that payment is done ,they told me that u will be getting ur Data card in couple of days, but till now i dint get Data card.the person named "Layak Singh" who contacted my first time is now from then onwards the are even not replying to my mails n calls.
