[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — Worst Service

Hello All,

I took RELIANCE DATA CARD from VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD, NOIDA .I Bought Online using connectindia.in. Once they received money neither Reliance Guys nor Vriti technologies are responding. I got the data card and its almost 3 weeks nothing happened.. I called million times Vriti Technologies million times but no one is responding.

I would suggest never ever go with Vriti Technologies one of bad customer service i have seen my life time.

I lost hope on my data card...I would suggest dont go in dream also for Vriti Technologies and connectindia.in

Unfortunately me too brought one Data Card from Reliance via Internet and the supplier is VRITI INFOCOM PVT. LTD.

the data card delivered to me on 18th Sept 2009. I am still looking around for help and today is 23rd Sept 2009.

I will never recommmend reliance broadband for any one.

Its really shameful to see that reliance is not taking any action against Vriti Infocom even after so many complaints. Vriti and Reliance work on simple principle... sell the products on fake promises and fool customers.

I bought a Reliance data card online through Vriti infocom, Delhi. The guy from Vriti ( Rohan ) told me that i will get 10 GB free data transfer for 1st month and a package to goa.

Both the things are fake marketing strategy by Vriti. As 10gb offer was on prepaid connection and that Rohan told me we can only have Postpaid connection initially and later we can convert it to prepaid connection. But when i talked with Reliance customer care, they told me that i m not eligible for 10GB offer as i opted for postpaid.

And for GOA offer, that was a cheapest marketing trick i have seen. Even i[censored] get the Goa Voucher, its of no use as out of 365 days, you cant use it on abt 250 days (dates mentioned in vouchers), you cant travel to goa on weekends, bank holidays, festive seasons, New year celebrations and above mentioned 250 days. And whats more its only a resort stay voucher. You have to pay for everything else. (That include hidden hotel charges). And last but not the least you have to pay 800 Rs as courier charges to get these voucher...LOL

VRITI is a fraud company. Never buy any product online from Vriti. In fact go to Reliance web world and get your data card.

Please post as many complaints against this fraud VRITI INFOCOM and save people from faling into their trap.
Unfortunately I had bought a data card from Vriti Infocom and the experience has been pathetic. My data card was activated within 2 days of the purchase but during the address verification the executive had collected my mobile bill as the address proof. My connection now has been disconected on negative verification...i had called the customer care but response. team vriti says that an executive will come to collect the document s again but no one turned up in last 3 days...

Would suggest not to deal with Vriti & Reliance. Very bad service experience.

Reliance Infocom netconnect Broadband — Excess charges recd by executive and wrong plan given

Dear Sir, I call customer care to buy a braodband connection then company appoint a distributor to attend and the distributor did not tell me the offer and charge me extra money for the same was in offer and misguide me against the plan and gave me the wrong plan i choose in application form and then i register a complain to customer care on 03.01.10 and called them no. of their sineours and mailed but all the time they are giving resolution and saying we will contact you shortly and matter has been esclated to upper level but not giving the solution and not returning my money back , i have all the proofs of communications and all i have done with .

Hi All,

This is Naresh Joshi here. I bought data card from these people, salesguy Kuldeep, but these B*S*T*RDS are no better than blood sucking bugs.

Dont fall prey to their sales tactics. After sales nobody responds. My data card is still not installed and my money is all gone in vain. I will not spare these bunch of cheating jacks and will get my money back.

Suggest NEVER BUY RELIANCE PRODUCTS FROM ANYWHERE.
I have also bought 4 connections online on 10/08/2011 vide ref. no. 3782983 however was requested to pay for 6 connections. I was also not given the invoice/bill for the same though I was promised that it will be sent immediately alongwith the data cards. Further I was informed that the refund will be sent immediately however till date I have not received the refund.

I am going to the consumer court. Whoever have been cheated should do the same. In this way this people will come to their senses and may be Reliance will also take this issue seriously.
