I have taken the new data card from virti infocomm trough online but as they promised it is not activated within 4 hours. I called to RIM call center where i came to know that it will tajke atleat 72 hours for the activation. VIRTI IS NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME AND USING UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR ON THE CALL. IT IS A FRAUD CASE DONE BY VIRTI.....................PLZ DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY......

Use of unethical means by Reliance to make some extra bucks
I am very sorry to say that Reliance has let me down. I took the Reliance broadband Data Card inspite of being warned by my friends, colleagues and relatives that Reliance does not have an attitude to solve customer grievances promptly. Hello All,
I took RELIANCE DATA CARD from VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD, NOIDA .I Bought Online using connectindia.in. Once they received money neither Reliance Guys nor Vriti technologies are responding. I got the data card and its almost 3 weeks nothing happened.. I called million times Vriti Technologies million times but no one is responding.
I would suggest never ever go with Vriti Technologies one of bad customer...

I had ordered online a reliance data card for internet an got delivered on 31 march 2009. I was provided my pin number after i had called the firm on 1 apr 2009. But to my notice it could not be activated due to incorrect pin number provided to me. I called and i was confirmed that the problem will be solved.
