[Resolved] VTU — duplicate convocation certificate

I had applied for the degree certificate from VTU in March 2010 and I have not received it yet. I'm a 2006 year pass out from KLECET ,Belgaum . I called the VTU belgaum office 2-3 times everyday to enquire about the cert which I've not received even today. I did not get nay response form the VTU staff. Please help me to get my certificate . My USN no. 2KL02EE009.

even i've lost convocation certificate.. can u call me on [protected] asap. if possible we can go to belgaum directly and get it back.
