Washing Machine — WORST SERVICE

I had a problem with my washing machine and i called for service. They attended the problem by replacing the water tub, after that the machine was not working, again it was attended, again the machine was leaking and again it was also attended, again the drier was not working, i am making complaint from 25/05/2008 nobody attended the problem and there was no response.
Today morning i called whirlpool call centre, they gave me service centre number, i made a call to that mobile number and there was also no response till now.

Kindly look into it do the needful.

Washing Machine — Bad service, bad delivery - DON'T BUY!!!

Bought a lot of things there and teh service was very very bad!!! Delivery was late, istallation of the products even later, the people at the service-phone did not even take my phone-calls anymore (just did not pick up the phones when they saw my number). Some of the products did not work and it took ages to replace them. Never had such a bad service ever! Find a other shpo to buy. It is not worth the trouble!

Washing Machine — lot of noise n banging

v baught ifb washing machine front loading about a year and half. there is lot of banging n rattling noisa coming out of it specially when it spins. i have complained many times ...a engg/mechanic visited too but no relief. now last week a screw has come out of it. i want somebody to attend it n diagnose the real prob ...not just a visit.

I have replaced my Executive Model to Elena Model -Washing machine just 15 days back from Panchkula, Haryana. But its not drying properly . I have already submit the complaint 1 week back but still no Engineer has come to check up n did the remedy.And even the base is not levelled.
Kindly rectify or replace the mechine.

Washing Machine — warranty card is unstamped

I would like to express my immense displeasure about the fact that i purchased a machine model no WA 85 VPL which was delivered to my house without any warranty stamping. Also i have not been given any demo for the machine.Having bought such an expensive product the least i expect is demo for how to use the product.The machine was delievered to my house so i dont knw which dealer has it come from. i am sending u the code no :DC68 - 02559A to kindly help me locate who is the local dealer who will perform the needful services. We are making all our home appliances goods and if this the service that is goin to be rendered then i shall be forced to change my brand preference

Machine was not working since 10days. A service person visited once, and replace some parts and put the scaling powder and showed that the machine is working and got the signature for satisfactory service. but, when the clothes are loaded machine is not rotating and it only gives buzzz sound. No one responded since one week. The persons at the customer counter gives some more numbers to speek but none are responding, It is only a waste of mobile currencey.
Initially, the Machine is good, but the after sales service and AMC services of IFB is too bad and I am decide not to purchase any of the materials branded by IFB.

I hv problem in washing machine. that i complained to customer care on 16.11.2009. and told that the machine door was broken. til now the problem is not solved. so kindly solve the problem as soon as possible. and i called to the customer care to 4 time. they til v will solve it. but no use.my complaint no: is CN[protected].

I wolld like to bring to your kind notice that there is no proper response from your company service people nor from the dealer Vasanth & co from where i have purchased the machine
I have made sevaral complaints through telephone and also went to the dealer in person but still it did not solve my problem.From the first day the machine was at fault and your service people had visited and told me it was a minor defect and would be retificted shortly.The defect kept on happening and i have kept on giving complaints through the toll free complaint number several times and now totally disappointed with the response got from the company.Request you to kindly look into the matter since it is causing lots of mental agony for me.I have no other option left than to go to the consumer court and fight it out legally.Pls go through the tail mail also.

I,Tanaya gorai have purches one no of washing Machine from Reco Electronics dated 11.07.2009. after few days it was not working then i call the service people, but i dont know what they have done, it was father touch before their service now it is not even hammer touch also. I think they have installed re-conditioned parts. kindly look into the matter seriously and make sure the service people will come with new parts.
