[Resolved]  Western Railway — all railway staff travelling in 1st Class

The Western Railway Manager,

the this is regarding train no. 123/124 Valsad fast passenger in 1st class coach the complaint is as follow
a) in Two coaches there is cabin and the young genertion who shut the cabin and they not open the doors but there is seat vaccant many times.
b) except highlevel officer of Rly many low grade officers also travelling in fist class compartment and they block the space near bathroom and jointing space of coaches. in Virar 2nd class travellers alight first from 1st class coach they reach when virar is coming.
c) Never seen ticket checker at virar in front of Gate of 1st class to check the traveller who comes before Virar Stations , maximum passenger alighting were 2nd class holders
