Western Railway — Rude behavior and poor performance

On 29.08.2013 at 17.20 at window no.19 at Andheri(East) to buy a ticket from Andheri to Goregaon, the window clerk performance was very poor compare to other counters (windows), the same was brought the notice of clerk, he said i am not your servant i will perform my duty as per my wish. I hope you will take note of the same and action accordingly at your end please.
