I have purchased Sony Xperia Pro from Welcome To Deals and You Daily Deals on 26th Oct 2011. Its been two month and they dont have any status of my product delivery. Below given is their last email in which they promised me to get my product in the given time but still no information is provided. They have charged the amount in advance and not delivering the product. Below given is the reference email from Dealsandyou:

Kindly ignore the previous mail.

This email is in regards to inform you that your Order Id # 275763 for SONY XEPRIA PRO has not been dispatched as yet due to late procurement of the same from the vendor.

As you might be aware, we do not hold any inventory at the back-end. Fresh stocks are ordered from the merchant/dealer on the closure of a particular deal and on clearing the audit the orders are sent for dispatch further.

We truly apologize for the delay caused in processing your order. However, please be assured that the inventory is expected to be received within 7-8 working days starting from today dated 12th December, 2011 and your order will hence be dispatched in another 3 business days from the day the inventory is received.

I bought the product online on July 19th 2011 and they mentioned on their Website that product will be delivered in 21 working days. its been more than 40 days now..and I have not received my phone. I tried calling them many times. They keep me on hold and say you will get in 1 week , 2 week and so on. I have paid 4499 INR for the phone. I even filed for the refund and now today when i called them they said I will get my phone in 2 weeks.

I told them I dont need phone now give me refund then they hanged up the call. I dont know what should I do. I have paid a big amount for the phone. Please help me out taking my refund.

Hi,

On 29th dec 2011, I placed an order to buy nokia blue tooth headset (Order # 342805) and I paid them through online, and I was promised by the dealsandyou in the voucher that within 2 to 7 working days, from the date of purchase, I will get the product delivered.

However, it has been about 9 days, and I placed 2 complaints in the DnY support team, ticket no.s 10459 & 11968.

I was told by the customer support tream that by tuesday I will receive the product but I still didnot get anything,

Please help me to get the product or my money.

If not I am going to file a case in the consumer court and cyber cell police..

I called dealsandyou and spoke to Richika, I asked about refund and she said that they can refund Rs.1499 only. But I paid Rs 1,674.00 as it was using ICICI EMI. Pls help me to get my full money refunded.
