I tried to book movie tickets from www.bookmyshow.com through my credit card on 26th June, 2009. But due to their technical error I got a following message on screen. 'due to technical problem your tickets could not be booked, Please make sure that you get refund'. But when I checked in my credit card helpline they told that amount has been deducted by bookmyshow. I wrote an e-mail to them, they reply me that 'due to transaction failure your tickets have not been booked. We have instructed our bank you will get refund. please check you next credit card statement and if it has been charged send us scanned copy of your statement. three times I sent scanned copy of my latest statement of credit card, they didn't reply me at all. My last date of payment is 12th of August, 2009. yesterday only I sent them a mail but still I didn't get any reply from their end. Finally I thought I should complain against them. | |||
