i have give our zen mobile in ujjwal telecom in dehradun 8 times but our problem is not solved it has also gone to delhi but still it is restarting

we are the second owner of your company's car ZEN of model march 1994 from first owner shri kamal haluwani r/o 1032 tandeep apartment indore detail of car is as follo chassis no.101314
engin no. 101093 horse power 1000 cc this was registered at indore r.t.o on 23.3.1994 by the first owner and sold to us 17.11.2002.
we are in need of copy of purchase invoice of the unknown dealer of Indore kindly help to get the same or kindly direct how can we get the same as the first is not at the address mentioned

sir, my name is KONTHAM SATYANARAYANA i am a bank employee and I have purchased one Zen Z80 series mobile from SNAPDEAL.COM in the jan 2012, suddenly the call disconnect button in the mobile is not working and the mobile get switched off and on automatically . I noticed customer care center and they have given the address of customer service center in warangal dist andhrapradesh, but i come to know when i went to Zen customer service center, they have cancelled the contract with the zen mobiles and second time i called customer call center and they have given another address in karimnagar, when i meet them, they told the same thing ..i.e zen mobile company has supply the spare parts and money for work,

So I was help less I decided the mobile put in the dust bin.

If any solution is there please help us. my details are as follows
