sir, my mobile handset has not been delivered from zen service center BANSAL TELECOM 216/5 THAPAR NAGAR MEERUT.from last three month kindly take proper action against zen mobile company my complaint number is-ZMASPUPW002J5472. My mobile no.is [protected]

I have already purchase the ultrafone 701 hd 5months back. my flip cpver & screen protector was damage so pls arange the acceessories immediatly.

    sir, i give my cell ultra 303 13 oct th 2014 at Himanshi mobile service center, amrit deep kuteer, sawrag road, alwar, rajasthan my job sheet no. zmasprj018j2405. they did not repair my mobile some time but they tell me every time one week more time, today spend one month seven day, but they did not return my cell. please take action against them, so i can use my cell and grow my work at time.

          Hi everybody, I purchased Zen Ultrafone 104 on 3rd Aug 2014. Handset is pretty cool & worth full no problem at all. by mistake handset slipped from my hand & broken the display. I think sim plate was also disturbed, I know that was not a company's fault. now the problem onwards ... I went to service centre (15/09/2014) "G N TRADE A-1, GALI NO.3, SANJAY NAGAR ROAD, METRO PILLAR NO.184, DELHI-110033. Contact person was Mr. Ashish Mobile No. [protected]. He asked me to leave the set for at least one week to repair and a charge of Rs. 819/-. Thats fine. after one week again I went to the center and it was a shock, the handset was in same condition as I leaved it. he asked me for three more days, OK. I went again but scene was same. Its horrible man, I was plucking my hairs, I said " I will give center's feedback on concerned website", you will be surprised after listening the answer, it was "NO PROBLEM BOSS, THERE IS NO TENSION".           handset sparks duering charging

          i have purchage a zen x 4 mobile combo offer from home shop 18 on date 23/09/2013, order no[protected] on date 1/10/2013 some sparks and smell comes out from mobile duering charging so do the need full

            Dear Sir, I have submitted my ultraphone 303 last month.There was a problem with touch.But I don't receive my phone yet.Always when I talk to customer care or service centre they say to me that wait wait wait. this is the service you are providing I will never recommend zen mobile.

              Dear Sir, I was Purchased one Ultrafone 701 HD on june'2014. Phone is working quite good accept only one thing. this phone is overheated automatically at any time and accordingly the battery is discharge within hour. Heating level is that much which you could not touch the back side of mother board portion by hand for one minute. it is not at all possible to talk with this phone that time. Please solve this problem as on earliest so that i can continue to use this phone.

                  Still not received revert for following complaint. Please revert urgent basis... I have purchased zen 701HD(Black-B2016019) mobile on 19/06/2014. After that I have facing problem in hand set after only 15 Days. There in not open any programme in hand set. After that I went to your service center on 07/07/2014. That person told me that I have to give mobile for 2 to 3 Days. I gave him mobile for repair on that day. I received message that my Job card No. Is ZMASPGT 005J1493. On 08/07/2014 I have received call from your service centre that my Hand set will repair within 15 to 20 working days. How can it take 15 to 20 Days to repair mobile??? I request you to kindly replace my handset, because I faced problem in handset in just 15 Days. Please do the needful on urgent basis for above case

                    I have purchased zen 701HD(Black-B2016019) mobile on 19/06/2014. After that I have facing problem in hand set after only 15 Days. There in not open any programme in hand set.                       I had purchase zen 303 on 02/09/2013 and it had goes many time in service center. When my phone had to goes to service center it return in 2 or 3 months now on 26/05/2014 i hardly time of purchasing 9 monts of my phone but i had hardly used my phone about 3-4 months only.
                      And now my phone had show problem again and i sent it again in service center and now they ask me your handset has out of warenty because going of liqued
                      Please tell me sir i use my mobile only 3 months and i surely say you i had not saw and drop loqued on my mobile
                      It is the mistake of service center so tell me what is tha coustmer fault
                      When i say incharge of zen about this problem when my phone frist repair he told me youer phone warnty had been extended
                      But their my phone warnty expire and their my no fault
                      Please sir please repair my phone as soon as posibale because i had no any phone.. It is a big problem for me

                        I S.Prasanna kumar residing at visakhapatnam. I purchased Zen Ultrafone 303 BillNo. SI/KCP/5485 on 14/08/2013 at Cell point, #[protected], Opp.Wood Land Main road Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam 530020. After purchasing this piece I faced first problem with that phone on 10/09/2013 then I went to the purchasing shop and explained my problem( ie. Touch problem) Shop owner did not respond then i went to servicing center book my phone for that complaint. after 7 days it again came back to me. After 3 days again faced that same problem. then again went to servicing center book my phone with same complaint on 27/09/2013. After 30 days came back to me. Then in the month of November, 16, 2013 again faced that problem and went servicing center book the same complaint, after 27 days came back to me. Now in the month of February 6 th 2014, faced that same problem, again i went to servicing center and asked the shop manager why i am facing that problem every time, he answered that is not my responsibility we are only facilitators.
                        I am Purchased that phone Rs 4600/- but i used that phone only few days. present status of this phone is not working. I am an Employee, i have received lot of phone calls from my higher authorities. every time i suffered with this phone. my higher authorities taking serious action for i am not availability with voice connection. every time i am using my neighbors phones in that time.
                        In this cause I want permanent solution. very few days i have used that phone. Start from purchasing that phone very few days i am used. The cell-point shop owner and service center authorities said we are not responsible for that, now what can i do now the phone with me. So, please give justice for me. I want to replace another one and my mental tension. In this case cell shop owner, servicing authorities and Zen company should be responsible for this.

                          i have a zen 701 HD mobile.i faced mic problem, sensor problem, display blinking and audio problem after three month of mobile purchasing.afterthat i visited service centre patna 1st, after 20 daysi received my mobile with ok condition.After 23 days of receving again i faced same all problems.this tym i visited ambe electronics, atta market zen service centre.he told me that wait for 30 days to get back mobile and after 12 days he called me for receive mobile.when i checked my mobile in service centre only display blinking prob solved and all other problems available in mobile.when i told their representative he told me that sensor is not available in mobile and again take mobile for servicing and wait for 1-2 months. still i m waiting for my mobile :( IMEI NO-[protected]

                                  I have purchased new ZEN Mobile Model P32 , Black Color Handset on 23.05.2013 through Home Shop 18. After 15 days of purchasing , the Charging process of this Zen Mobile is not working properly. So , I am contacted the ASC o[censored]jjain for ZEN Mobile for solving the above problem. But the charging problem is not solved by the Ujjain Zen ASC (Annual Service Contractor ).

                                  Kindly solve my problem at your earliest.

                                    I purchased a zen m 45 flick from Barh,(Patna) in 25/08/2012. My handset is dead condition after 8 months from purchased date. After dead condition I reached to Kaushlya Estate , Dakbanglaw road,Patna for mobile reparing during warrenty period .One empoly of service centre told me that handset warrenty lappsed because manufacturing date is 2011 which purchesed in sep 2012 .I requested that My mobile is fully repair of free of cost because my my warrenty paper isn't lappsed of date.

                                      I have complaint against Zen mobile for cheating with customer. I had brought Zen mobile (M-111) from Rana Agencies, Hasanpur Distt J.P.Nagar (UP) M/O Dec-2011 with One year warranty. Ringer problem is coming in this Mobile I had inform to Dealer Gaurav Rana C/o Rana Agencies, Hasanpur Distt J.P.Nagar him tell me that the mobile is send to ZEN Mobile service Center & Return Back to You after 25 Days.
                                      I have requested to you that Pl provide to us My Mobile after repairing Earlier so that i have only one mobile

[protected]).Dealer and dealer is submitted to this mobile on ZEN service centre.ZEN job sheet no. is ZMASPMP016J3462 address is Khargone ASC Code is ZMASPMP016 .After 15 days dealer informed me that my mobile is not repaired and after some days he return my mobile.When i received my mobile it is not switched ON now.I am personaly go to Indore Zen service center and talk to my mobile repairing .ZEN service center person check my mobile and says that its motherboard is damage and informed me that he is repair on paid basis.I informed that my mobile is under warranty.he says that i repair this mobile only paid basis. Dealer says that you complain on zen i can do any thing.Shop Yash support me that i complain to ZEN mobile and he is acknowledge all event and witness of my all event.

                                        Please Help me so resolve my problem.
