I bought Zen mobile ZEN U 105 FIREFOX ON 01/06/2015 . The issue is while speaking through mobile, the mobile got heat and also cant able to hear the voice of the caller .Touch is also not working properly.It has been just 12 days from the date of purchase, but i am facing these many problems.kindly replace the set as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir, I have lot of problem for ZEN MOBILE. I have purchased on 2nd February'2015 and that mobile has been in big problem while using. So, i have submitted that mobile to zen mobile service center on 20th March. Still they are taking too much time only but not yet take proper solution or immediate action. I have sent below mail for them: "If not possible to ready means, provide me that mobile with problem or without problem i can manage anyway. I need on or before Thursday [[protected]]. Handover ASAP." Now they did not any response for my mailing and calling. Kindly do the needful. Ref- contacted HS-18 Dt.[protected] and[protected] Contacted personally Zen Service centre LUCKNOW on Dt.[protected] Contacted HS18 on[protected], 3-3-2015, Vide above order I had purchased a Zen mobile-U105 Fire through HOME SHOP -18, the product supplied is having manufacturing defect.i had been directed by HS18 to contact above service centre but they denied to change the set, and the mob is still not working. Today on Dt.[protected] I have again been directed to contact Zen service centre at LUCKNOW. I am a senior citizen and my health does not allow to visit so frequently to service centre which is 17 km away from my residence. Please help me and direct to replace my mobile which is under warranty..

                I have a zen 303 Power. 6 month later a problem is not power full on and i send Mobile to zen Service center and Service center operator call me and tell your mobile is go to compnay and 25 days is repairing time and i call 25 days later but Not repair and 1 week time or and i call 1 week later serc\vice center so operator tell me sir 10-15 days time is repair handset i call 10-15 later service operator tell me sir your Handset is repair you come here & Pickup your Handset ... I go to Service center for my city 35 kilomiters and service center operator tel me sir your handset is missing in the courier amd i Call to delhi and manager manager teel me sir your mobile has dont repair I am return my city without mobile for 350kilomiters so Please Give me a New Handset

                  I have zen ultrafone 701 that i had bought 1.5 years ago. 20 days back while using the phone, it became dead and service center people say its motherboard has some problem and a part of it has to be replaced which will cost about 3.5k which is half the price of a new phone of same kind. Talked to service manager of zen but got no satisfactory reply. Not happy with the quality and service of this product.. Pls help!

                      i have ordered a new battery for my Zen ultrafone 701 HD. my phone's old battery got damage after warrenty period. its been about more than one month i ordered for battery. there is no response from your company. if i didn't get that battery i have to throw my phone away since it will be useless.. please help me.

                          Submitted zen ultraphone 303 because of touch problem on[protected] and i received after very very frusteted long time after 46 days a another imei changed mobile and with another problems...again submitted on[protected] and till now didn't received my mobile and when i asks about mobile the service center person abuses me..they threatening customers...a very ugly company ...ZEN CUSTOMER CARE HAS NO CUSTOMER CARE TRIED[protected] but i think it is fake company.emal-id also not replying anything..they only sell very low quality phones and when give for warrenty they don't give it to customers... please take a very legal action against this company...

                              i purchased zen ultraphone 303 from kota in jan.14 but only 8 month after there is a touch problem so i went to zen Service center goyal mobile&electronics kota on 17 oct14 they didn''t make job card and said that after some time we will receive message but we didn''t get message so after 8 days 25 octo.again we went to center.we asked about phone.we said to them for making job card and no was:- ZMASPRJ164J1996.and he said that after max. 15 days mob. Will be fine.but after 45 days i had no mobile.i was very disappointed and they only say this week this week.the service provided is poor.so i mailed to zen customer care, after mailing i received mobile but i shocked to know that IMEI NO. was not mine after dialing to *#06#.it means that mobile was also not mine and when i charged mobile at home mobile was not charging properly.i checked flash light was also not working.i felt cheated by zen mobiles.I was crying for mobile from 45 days and after sending mail i received mobile but after watching the condition of mobile i was broken.My real IMEI no:- [protected] and [protected] .showing on mobile after repairing first time (*#06#) IMEI:-[protected]. and [protected].I submit my mobile again at goyal electronics shop 200 Gma Plaza Kota.He said that the problems will be solved at their level and if they will send it to another place they will ask me because I did not want another 45 days and refused him to send any where.and I called him next day he said that he sent my mobile to Jaipur without my permission.And service center person did rude behavior with my father on asking about phone.He said that do whatever you can do on phone to my father.is this customer care service or frightening service?i am very depressed by zen mobiles and till now after 62 days i did not get my real mobile my 2 monthes wasted.so only i want that zen mobiles should replace the product with new one or give me my genuine product which i gave on first time or refund the money.

                                  मैंने ZEN AMAZE ultrafone 701 FHD दिनांक[protected] को खरीदा था । 3 माह बाद इसकी टच स्क्रीन ब्रेक हो गयी । सर्विस सेंटर पर समपर्क करने पर Repairing Charges Rs. 7600.00 बताए गए । जबकि इस नए फोन की कीमत Rs 10000.00 के लगभग है। एक आम आदमी के लिए मोबाइल की टच स्क्रीन बदलने के लिए लगभग 8000.00 Rs देना संभव नहीं है । कृपया मेरे मोबाइल की टच स्क्रीन वाजिब दामो पर सही करवाने का अनुरोध हे.।

No property .we said to him for making job card and no:- ZMASPRJ164J1996 .and he said that after max. 15-20 days mob. Will be fine.but after 45 days i have no mobile.i am very disappointed today and they only say this week this week.we are not foolish. the service provided is poor.please return my mobile as soon as possible...and kindly take proper action..
